The folks that fix auto were super friendly and very professional. I brought my truck in for a dent in the passenger side door. They did an outstanding job with communication during the entire process. When I picked up my truck, it looked amazing and as a bonus, they clean the inside ? I would highly recommend fix auto for anybody who needs their vehicle worked on !!!

Incredible. The best of the best local in eugene and springfield auto body and paint shops. After getting rear ended in a classic/collectible car here in Springfield. Me and my brother struggled to find a shop locally to repair the vehicle. Most would decline taking on our vehicle for repairs.It was really frustrating. The insurance companies were also of no help. They just continued to tell us to continue searching until someone would. Anyways I could say something very explicit about those certain insurance companies. But I won’t. Anyways so I continued on the search until finally Fix Auto took up the task. From start to end the process with them was simple. They were courteous,communicative etc. When I finally got the call that the car was ready. My expectations were met and beyond! These people now what they are doing. Highly skilled and it shows. I’m so happy to have me and my brothers car back. I would definitely do business again with FIX. Or any of my family friend’s acquaintances etc. If anyone is reading this review you are in safe hands with FIX. A company like this is priceless in our community. Go Ducks!
