Buyer beware they will not return open Apple products. I lost my pair of AirPods in a move and bought a new pair to replace them. I ended up finding the AirPods a day later and tried to return them. The electronics manager said because of krogers contact with Apple they can’t return open products, this was not posted in the store, on the receipt or online. Other retailers have no issue taking Apple returns but it seems to be yet another deceptive policy that Kroger has put in place. Buyer beware!

I use this pharmacy because it's close and they generally get my prescriptions right. The techs who wait on you are unfriendly to down right rude. The pharmists are knowledgeable, although I find one to be a little off putting.

I have used this pharmacy for nearly 30 years. Always a pleasure to go there. Considering the high volume of customers, they do an incredible job. To work there in such a small space, they do it as efficiently as they can. The best pharmacy locally.

Excellent customer service! Everytime I have been to to Fred Myers Pharmacy in Springfield Oregon, I have had a pharmacy associate or pharmacist making sure I get the prescription I need. Thank you

Got a call today asking if I was still taking a heart medication caller said THEY wanted too know my reply was give me they phone number caller reply was he didn't have that number/ information. Really liked using this business but time to change pharmacy .only if more people would stand up and tell pharmacy to kick rocks this kind of calls would stop

Pharmacist was the WORST! He read some out of state pamphlet about my med restriction class, which literally doesnt apply here, and now refuses! To give me my medicine because of some arbitrary rule that doesn’t exist, it’s like I’m sorry your not a true Medical Doctor and need your info from (non) state legal propaganda, My Medical Doctor is on my side, I guess it must just be a hard life having a function in life Sooo nessecary
Counting pills and applying stickers, would make me angry as well if GE said hey……so we ran a test and your obsolete to factory pill drills system. YOUR NOT A DOCTOR, just a pill counter slower than AI, every single person in existence sees you as an obstacle, ah well laughing with my triage nurses about how they better call and fax seeing as u may think it’s for another ST. Bet it’s the one that couldn’t stand you and dropped you here, would align a few things 🤔

When I call in a script and am told when it's ready for pick up, it would be nice if that's when it was available. Too many times I have to make extra unplanned trips bc they aren't ready even days after I'm told it's ready.

I went there with my snap card and when I checked out using their A.I. teller it told me I needed to pay 5 cents cash for the can I was buying. Total thieves if you know the skin??
