I bought my 2025 Beta 300 from Grey's. I took forever trying to decide and the guys weren't pushy at all and really helped me find a bike right for me. I've been back since to get some accessories and they always go above and beyond to help. Great people to work with and I highly recommend!!!

Called in the morning to verify inventory and availability, they said it was available so I drove 1 hour to the dealership only to find out someone who isnt from sales (???) picked up and misled us when someone already put a deposit down over a week ago, left with dissapointment, wasted time and gas. Unprofessional, these things cannot happen.

Best team of guys you could ask for. On a solo bike trip, I needed an oil change and to give the bike a “once-over.” Service tech was great: (1) Ensured he knew what I wanted, (2) Assessed the bike, (3) Discussed his suggestions and associated costs. Then he did timely and excellent work. Prices were very fair, and he didn’t push for things outside of our agreed scope of work. While I was waiting, the other employees were also very helpful. They had very good route and riding advice. Special note was the time one of them spent with me answering my questions about spring and shock setup on my KTM 1290. This shop gets my highest recommendation.

Ordered online....ZERO COMMUNICATION for 10 days and when I asked about my order got a VERY RUDE RESPONSE from Paxton and he quickly canceled my order.Within FIVE MINUTES the nice folks at KTM TWINS confirmed my order and quickly shipped it out...better prices and selection also...Grey Area KTM is just a guy who races trying to finance it by selling online...THEY NEVER HAVE THE PARTS IN STOCK and get angry when you call them out on it.Honestly,you can do better with another company and if you don't mind the RUNAROUND and a very sensitive owner use these guys...

I’m traveling through on a KTM that started overheating. Grays took me in right away and was able to diagnose the issue. Big thanks to the service manager and tech for helping a wayward traveler on the spot. Super service, for sure!

Was headed down to Cottage Grove yesterday to write up over the Bohemian mountain and onto Summit Lake got my bike out of the back of the truck and had a flat! Was going to call it a day but as I was passing I noticed a KTM dealer gave him a call Taylor 45 minutes and I continued on my day of fun. Will definitely be doing business with this place in the future

Even if I don't end up doing business with these folks the experience I had walking in to chat about a bike at another dealer warranted a 5 star review. I believe the gentleman that helped me was named Clayton and he was absolutely fantastic! He was very transparent about cost of ownership and accessories and even gave me some tips and things to ask! If I end up grabbing that 790 I'll definitely be bringing it to Gray Area KTM for maintenance!!! Thanks again Clayton you really gave me some great information!!

Great experience with everyone involved in selling old motorcycle and buying my new motorcycle. I would highly recommend them for your next purchase or if need service or parts. The whole experience is like going to your local true value or ace hardware compared to going to Home Depot or Lowes. It was definitely worth the drive to Eugene from Keizer. I have done business with motorcycle shops from Salem to Portland area. Hands down best service.
