I'm visiting from Cali where I have a Quick Quack membership but there's no QQs here so I tried Happy's. I'm glad I did! I was greeted by Eleanor who made the check in process smooth as silk. I got the premium wash and it was amazing! My car had a lot of road grime and had been assaulted by a flock of well fed birds and she came out spotless. The post wash area is well stocked with a compressed air hose, very strong vacuums and rags to wipe everything down with. They even provide window cleaner and will pressure wash your floor mats for you, Quick Quack doesn't even offer that. Thanks to Eleanor my WeatherTech floormats look brand new again. Shout out to Blake who was also on hand, walking the cleaning area making sure everyone had what they needed. My station was out of clean towels and he made sure to bring me some right away. I do believe I found my new carwash and will be getting a membership asap. GREAT staff, great carwash, great amenities, need I say more. Thank you again Eleanor and Blake, you both are awesome and really made the difference.

The first 2 months I got full service it done a great job wheels wind shield bugs .now I went threw twice and you cant hardly see that it touch my.wheels if it don't get better I will cancel the service

Happy's pre power washed stuck on bugs. I was a bit hesitant when I saw ttey were taking a high powered power washer. I'm not sure how safe that is for the paint and special coating we had the dealer apply. In the end they did OK getting the car clean. It didn't clean the back of the RAV4 well. I think that is due to the way the rollers go over the top of the car, so it misses the top part of the rear windows and sides. Plus initial wash did not get all the baked on bugs off the front (we had just returned from a summer road trip). BUT... they had a guy walking around over in the vacuum area and he very kindly addressed both issues, cleaning them by hand. I also like that they give you 3 cloths to clean the dash, cubby areas, & doors. They also provide window cleaner & rags to clean the inside of the windows. After I got done vacuuming, & cleaning windows, dash & doors on the inside my car looked better than it has in years! Great service. The only reason for 4 star instead of 5 is that I felt the price was a little high.

This is probably the nicest car wash in Eugene, and they do a good job. The only reason for the 4-star rating: when I went on Sunday afternoon, it wasn't busy, but they stacked cars bumper to bumper. The employee was barely spraying the front of cars before sending it through. The car in front of me was slow to shift into drive and I thought I was going to hit them. I would half way understand getting cars through fast, if it was busy but this was a Sunday late afternoon. It wasn't busy. I think the employees need a little retraining.

Employee removed paint layers in pre wash.HAPPY’s car wash is only wanting to cover half of the damages. Employee admitted the damage was not pre existing. They have video of the employee causing the damage and they are only talking partial responsibility. Do not under any circumstance take your vehicle here .

I absolutely love this car wash! I moved away and I tell you that I cannot find a car wash that’s nearly this good. Happy’s ruined it for me to find any other car wash that offers such great service and all the amenities. Curtis really was a great manager when I needed help too!

Happy, bright, clean—
wash me clean,

The. Best. Car wash I’ve ever been to. Went to vacuum out my car for the first time there, was looking for a place to pay or put coins in, and the kind Mae tells me it’s FREE. Not only is the vacuum free, they have fresh, clean, and wet microfiber towels to clean your car better. And not only THAT, they’ve got air compressors at each station to blow out any dust or fine cracks in your car that the vacuum can’t get to. All free. The car wash is super affordable at only 12 dollars. Not only that, (I know- there’s more) but the kind Elenor helped jump my car after cleaning the inside for about an hour, not realizing my accessories were on. They have a jump-box on standby for anyone who’s car dies whilst vacuuming out their vehicles. Never have I had service like Mae and Elenor gave me, and I won’t be going to a different car wash ever because of it. If I lived across town, I’d drive to it. If I lived out of town- I’d drive to it. It’s that good. Thank you guys! A true Happy’s fan right here.

A new business that offers a really good wash at a fair price. The staff is very friendly. They have monthly packages that offer good prices for unlimited visits. After a wash, you can pull into a spot for complimentary vacuums, drying cloths, cleaning spray, water, and a mat cleaning machine.

The wash was fair, I been to better. I had to clean all the missed spots and wipe down and dry my pickup.
