Used to love this place. I bought my ex fiancé ring there for here. Sent it in for resizing, got it back and the ring fell apart a week later.P.s. my ex fiancé is not a boxer. She works in the medical field with elderly patients. The ring littery fell apart.

Put a ring in payments in 2017, paid on it for almost 2 years then was told that ring was no longer available and that I needed to pick out a new one. Picked out a ring for the amount I have paid on the other ring. Fast forward to 2 years later( so 2022) somehow one of the things holding my diamond in got twisted and bent so I took my ring in to see about getting it fixed. Was told that since I hadn’t been in within 4 months for a check and a cleaning that my LIFETIME care plan/ warranty that I paid for was canceled and that I would have to pay out of pocket to bring my ring back up to par and then They could reinstate my plan. They also couldn’t give me an estimate they had to send my ring to the goldsmith and then would call me in about 5 business days with a quote. I told them I just had my ring looked at and cleaned about 9 months ago and they said they still can’t do anything unless I pay for it.So basically when they say they are putting your ring in the vault while you lay I. It, THATS NOT TRUE! And when you buy the lifetime car plan/ warranty make sure you go in EVERY 3-4 months or they will cancel it without informing you!

My fiance and I went into the gateway location in search of a diamond which we had all in cash to pay for that day. We were searching for a specific size in a specific price range. We knew it was possible to get in that price range because we had been comparing prices for months.When we went into this location they said we were going to need to add about 500-700 dollars to our budget to get what we wanted or we would have to get a synthetic.They said they checked with valley river and there were no other choices. I worked with a man named Allen and I forget the older gentlemans name.I decided we should go to valley river because something didn't seem right to me. After all we had been comparing prices for the last 5 months. We went into valley river, told them the exact size and budget and we got our perfect diamond that day.I have been into both locations multiple times and every time the experience at valley river is better. If you need anything go to that location!!

Corinna Brown was extremely helpful even though I did not purchase my ring from this location. My ring was purchased from a store in Salem that closed shortly after so finding it to have it flashed or sized has always been difficult. Finally another Salem store found it after a lot of waiting, they entered my cell number incorrect. I have tried several times to contact that Salem store with no success. I decided to try another store in the area. Corina answered the phone and found it quickly with patience and a friendly attitude. She sent me locations near me that can have my ring sized and all the info I need for that to happen.

I walked up shortly after close. The gates were closed and lights off, the two employees there welcomed myself and my two children in to give my ring a quick cleaning. It desperately needed it since I didn’t have it cleaned since before we shut down due to Covid. They were so helpful and had my children entertained and laughing which is always a plus when you do shopping with children.

Harry Ritchies customer service is a joke. After HR screws up and sizes my two band wedding ring to my pinky, yes my pinky, then when I get it back after being sent in to size it back to my ring finger I now have a shotty patch job ONE band wedding ring!

My husband and I went in to look at watches. We didn’t buy one but we did buy a ring for my husband. We were having so much fun and laughing so much! Meagan was a fantastic sales person and her boss was fun as well! Definitely recommend shopping there!

I am extremely disappointed. I will never give my business to this location or any others ever again! I was paying for a gold ring which i feel wasn't even worth the price. I paid into this ring 900 dollars i had to bring it back. I was told I'd get a call back from their accountant in a week. Never got that call. I called and was told i don't get no credit. Lisa their accountant said it was like buying a car you don't get credit back. Because i was unfortunate and couldn't pay on it anymore they took my money. I feel like i was taken avantage of and they stole my money. Do not shop here. If you can't pay they just take your money. Never again!
