I would skip this place if you have a choice. Big stains all over carpet, AC was loud and didn't work well, walls were paper thin so traffic was noisy all night, no fan in the bathroom so you're just stuck with a steam sauna, and the bed was so hard it would have been more comfortable to sleep on the floor. For all that they charged $250 and then had the temerity to charge an additional $10 per person for a continental breakfast. I would not recommend. There are many better properties in the area.

Wow! This place is incredibly bad. Extremely rude front desk person when I checked in. Bathroom not cleaned at all. No shower curtain dirty wet towels on the floor. Completely empty shampoo bottle .Air conditioning filters are very dirty and full of covid or whatever else the last guest had. The one on the left I cleaned in the shower. The one on the right is what you're breathing if you stay in this hotel. I've stayed at better motel 6 locations.
Food and drinks: $15 for a drink after waiting 20 minutes then you have to go find a server.

The bed was much harder than I was comfortable with. But my issue is having to pay 14.00 for breakfast after spending 225.00 for a night. We chose to go down the road to have breakfast.

Toni went above and beyond to get the Peloton bike in the gym unlocked/working properly. I like that they have microwaves in the rooms.

Found a hair that wasn’t mine and the breakfast was too expensive. The Peloton was updated and well maintained which is less common and very important for this traveler. The dumbbells in the gym only went up to 50 but gym was clean and stocked. The hotel was otherwise clean and pleasant.

Great location. The hotel itself was even nice along with the front desk staff.
The room however was absolutely disgusting. Never ever again!! The video and photos don’t even come close to showing how icky the room really was. Headboard had yuck on it. Hair and dirt. Fake clean towels. Went to grab a towel and it had dried hard stuff of it. Gross!! The whole room honestly looked like it was wiped down with a dirty towel. Nightstand and desk was sticky. Not sure the last time the shower was truly cleaned. I get old. Old can be cleaned this was just laziness. Hand prints around door handles.
If I hadn’t been swamped with work I would have moved rooms or hotels but by the time I got in it was past 9pm and I still had a ton of work to finish out the day.
Not worth the location even just to rest your head!

I'd never stay at this hotel again, willingly.
• AC in the room is not cold.
• Shower - holy mother of shower head! You better be prepared to have your nipples feel like they're getting power washed! Good news, you'll never have shampoo in your hair because of the bullets of water beating it out of your hair. Feels good on your back, but Lord, have mercy when you turn around!!
• Mold/Mildew VERY prevalent in the bathroom.
• No vent in the bathroom, so the water just pools on the floor! DON'T SLIP WHEN YOU GET OUT, like I almost did!
• No drinks in the "pantry".
• $14/person for breakfast. Ridiculous. I'll go across to IHOP for less $ and not get microwaved eggs.
• Room service does not come. I asked for more TP & pillows in the AM, and they never came until the PM when I called again.
• The gym looks okay - didn't go in.
• The pool isn't deep (4.5 ft).
• Wallpaper is ducktaped on the walls... on the 2nd & 3rd floors in the hallways as well in the room I stayed in.
• The carpet by the bathroom is not attached, has water damage/mold.
This was an interesting place to stay & will never do it again. Such a waste of money.

Increasingly, Hilton branded hotels are denying stay credits and points if a room is paid for by a company. This is the latest disappointment where I was just informed by the front desk that the general manager has told employees to not add honors member numbers to reservations unless it is a personal stay. I will not receive points for my stay nor will they honor Diamond status food credits. Yes, that's how Hilton values loyalty. Because of this and the constant devaluing of points, I think it's time to dump my card and move to Bonvoy or Hyatt.

The AC in the room was preset and would not cool down.

They treated us so well. Room was clean and food was good. So glad we chose this hotel while we stayed in the area.
Noteworthy details: We needed a room on the first floor near an exit and they went above and beyond to accommodate us.
