Never get your taxes done by this place! My 95 year old Mother came in to talk with someone about her taxes and she was totally take advantage of by Darcy Case. She did not want her to do her taxes, and Darcy took her paperwork and started entering her information, never asking her any questions. And then charged her $380.00 to prepare them. My Mother could have had them done for free. Taking advantage of a Christian elderly lady, is not what Jesus would do.

Darcy filed my taxes for me. I was pleased with the process Until I was waiting for money to hit my account and I learned she entered in my banking account incorrect so now I'm waiting a whole another week for paper checks when I signed up for direct deposit. I should already have it.
It doesn't effect them so there's no sympathy from her. Just makes me wonder of she has entered other info incorrect and my taxes are wrong. Won't be using them again! Not satisfied with how this turned out.

My husband & I went in to the H&R on Olympic on March 11, 2023. For whatever reason the receipt for a vehicle donation wouldn't upload. Our preparer said she'd work on it. 3 WEEKS LATER she calls to tell me we're going to have to "paper file" and we need to come in & sign. Okaaaaaay. My husband was out of town that week, so we couldn't go in until that Saturday, April 8th - ONE MONTH after we had first gone in.We paid $467 for their service. I felt that since we couldn't file when we needed to (we just bought a house a really needed our refund ASAP) we should get some sort of reimbursement. $100 was agreed upon. Well, it's May 19th & we haven't seen a dime. I've left 5 messages for the office manager, Jeannie, who has not once returned my call.Someone did contact me about 3 weeks ago (I forgot to write down her name) and said someone would be calling me within a few days - THREE FREAKING WEEKS AGO.Yeah, we will definitely NOT be using them again.

Absolutely horrible! When they schedule your appointment apparently it's tentative. A suggested appointment time. The confirmation/reminder calls were sent to the wrong phone number which was never confirmed at the time of scheduling. Reminder calls by their definition is the only way to secure the actual appointment, that is SCHEDULED. So not reminders at all. They were rude and incredibly unprofessional despite it being their error and their ableist, unprofessional policy. As a disabled person getting to these appointments is strenuous. It's another cog in the capitalist machine, trying to crank out appointments over people. This was our SECOND appointment, and we had no issue getting into THAT appointment, however, the man helping us couldn't answer our questions or address our concerns and had to schedule us with another person. We've filed with this H & R block before, and it was nothing like this experience. Find a tax place that's people focused and humanistic over cranking in overlapping appointments, with unknowledgeable tax consultants, solely for profit.
