It was amazing as always, Stacy is a pure gem to work with. With all the distractions that can go on in the store she keeps calm, and attentive to the job at hand. She has always treated me with respect, and a genuine concern for getting her clients all the refund they are allowed. She builds a great working relationship with her clients, and thats why we return year after year. Thank you Stacy, have a great year and see you next tax season.

First and foremost, I would like to say that Stacey was very nice.My experience however was not so pleasant and I will not be returning next year.The assistant Kim was very unprofessional, she told me and my boyfriend her coworkers family matters that we're none of our business, which made me uncomfortable.I got there in time for the 50% promotion deal , and unfortunately the tax lady took on to much and I was not honored the promotion, so after sitting there for 2 hours last Monday, and getting NOTHING accomplished, I was then told I needed to pay 134.00 compared to 84.00.To me that's a pretty big jump... And especially unaware and told one thing and having the complete opposite happenIt took me 3 work shifts to make the amount needed to get my taxes done.Yesterday 4/17/2023,I called to let them know I would be coming in and paying so that my taxes were complete.At first Kim wouldn't ( and doesn't ) allow you really to speak , but set up a time for me to come in.The first appointment time was 3pm.Then a phone call it was changed to 6pm.And then another phone call changed to 7pmAll day yesterday my boyfriend and I sat around waiting for my appointment we couldn't plan to do anything if we wanted to because the tax office is a joke.By the time we got there which was 630pm I still didn't get back to finish my taxes til 730pm.By that time, the previous people in front of us and some choice words, about there experience with this "great company".By the time they left my boyfriend and I were told that the " previous lady was mentally ill" because she was mad.I don't blame the woman for being mad because I'm still not happy,I think that there needs to be less talking especially about people's family's, or calling someone mentally ill.My boyfriend and I didn't get out of Walmart til 9pm lastnight.( We were only there to sign and pay and leave)We spent most of our night sitting in the isle of Walmart.I think the ladies need to focus more on work and less on talking.It would probably get them a lot further and less people yellingIt wasn't my fault that Stacey didn't meet the deadline for a promotion advertised.Yes she did discount me , 34.00 and 15.00 but that's still not close to what I was told it would be.

We enjoyed getting our taxes done with Jackson Hewitt Service. Our tax Preparer Stacey Daniluk was very friendly and quite efficient. She never seemed rushed answered any questions we had and explained things to us. She made us feel like old friends. She is very knowledgeable about her job and thorough. We hadn't had to file the last few years and she put any concerns we had to rest.
