This store terrible! The people are less than warm and friendly. Empty shelves and limited selection. I really enjoy the Joanns at Greenacres! I am surprised Springfield store hasn't closed. I live in Springfield since 1966 Joanns fabric was the place!!This store feels unhappy ? Prices are to high

Have a lot of products we need to get our craft and sewing projects done. We shop here at least once a month, get all our material here. We appreciate Joann's location is convenient. Often, we give Joann's gift cards at Christmas. Everybody loves them.

Went in looking for a necklace chain extender. Was completely ignored by cashier and women employee who made it very clear her shift was over.Having never been in store but referred by Fred Meyers jewelry I came to look for product.The " off duty" employee took me to two aisles where it " might be". Very disappointed in customer service.

It is a fun place to shop for fabrics and other hobbys they just needed a better selection of patters for knotting and crochet. Also they said they dont carry patterens like they used to. And when knitting or crocheting the patters Really would help

Joann Fabrics is not only a place to buy material and thread. They carry a wide variety of other crafting supplies such as beads, scrapbook supplies, macrame and knitting items. Well worth the short drive.
