So sad they have started adding fragrance to their stores. ,myself and others like me who have fragrance and chemical sensitivity will no longer be able to shop there. To bad they do not care about there customers well being.

I had a $20 Kohl’s cash coupon that was 1 day expired which the cashier threw away. Upon returning the next day to do more shopping, I was told there is a 10 day grace period and could have used it IF I still had the coupon!! I don’t know the first cashier’s name but I’d like to thank Andrew, store #1011, Springfield Oregon, for telling me about the grace period. He is a very nice young man, pleasant & professional and always greets every single person entering the store. I am very disappointed that the other cashier wasn’t more helpful. I lost $20 Kohl’s cash!

So few employees to help, then when I did find one, we established a price on the item. I proceeded to check out, and the 15% coupon I just received was not allowed to be used. Inventory in the home small appliances is extremely low, too.

My rating has nothing to do with the staff, they're always lovely. But the selection at this store just straight up sucks. We had to drive up to Albany just so I could find a good pair of jeans that wasn't made for teenagers or fashionably torn up. Regularly their clearance isn't marked down enough. They'll still have a majority $10 and $20 items on the clearance rack. For those prices you can find cuter tops in your size at Ross or Marshalls. I haven't visited the Sephora section yet but maybe after checking that out my rating might go up.
