Update: they don't even know how to do the redraw. Been here for thirty minutes while they make phone calls and sit on hold! Unbelievable.
Needed bloodwork for school, and I purchased it out of pocket. A week later, the lab finally resulted, stating it was an insufficient sample, not enough blood was drawn...by THEIR lab tech. Now I have to go in and have the lab drawn AGAIN and WAIT a WEEK again! They said they can't rush it even though it was their freaking mistake! How does your lab tech who draws blood for a living not know they didn't fill the vial full enough?!

Had a wonderful experience here with Stacey! She was patient, fun, and fast with my son who was very nervous to have his blood drawn. Quick and easy! Highly recommend.

Super easy and convenient to get labs done. Was in and out in 15 min. Self check in is a breeze. Staff was super friendly yet very professional. 10/10

They got my test results completely mixed up with someone else's. Their patient info, address, phone # were all released to me. After reading the other reviews it seems like there are serious issues here.

Waited well past my appointment time, I guess there was an issue with the test order that she couldn't figure out, waited longer, was told I would have to reorder and come back after waiting an hour and a half. Incompetent and unhelpful.

Because there was not a technician at my doctors office for an entire week I had to drive to another town to have labs taken.I used the Labcorp self check-in in their lobby and chose to be alerted via text when my turn came up.After waiting an hour in my car outside of their office I went inside to check wait time status and wad told that "I called your name..."How can Labcorp be more proactive going forward?

Went to get a few tests done, everything went fine until I had to call customer service with a few questions. I was just asking about tests being expedited because I was nervous about my results. Both people were condescending. One was a man. The other one was a woman. Both had attitudes like they didn’t want to help or I was stupid for calling. I didn’t even really get my questions answered because these people were just so rude to me. I called to ask about expediting my test results, because I had just paid $49 for that. The results are suppose to come in 12-24 hours. The woman I talked to said that wasn’t available for my test. When I told her I just paid for it she pretty much said oh well and didn’t offer me a refund or anything. I was afraid at this point to even ask another question because I was made to feel incompetent. She told me I had to wait till next week for my results but it says online they are available within 48 hours. I don’t know what’s going on with this company but it’s so saddening considering the fact I spent so much I didn’t really have. I will not be returning ever again after that experience. Even though my experience at the clinic was okay, this just gives me a bad feeling.

It’s a new facility with easy check in. The reception area is set up with check in kiosks. Just scan your ID and your checked in with a few confirmation prompts.Working with the phlebotomist wasn’t as easy. There are good phlebotomists and there are bad ones. Her practice of drawing blood was strange to me and very uncomfortable. She also couldn’t find a good draw spot. Pulling out the needle was very painful and my arm still hurts. The tape holding the bandage fell off within minutes and I got blood on my shirt.I don’t know maybe it was a bad day for her and things didn’t go as planned. Im sure she’s a good person but even the conversation was strange and I felt she was giving me the side eye and being judgemental. What a strange blood draw that was. I have no choice to go back though, because it’s the only lab that is contracted thru the company Im working with.

They do shady business with AFC urgent cares who scam vets out of money for labs. The provider says it’s “free” with our insurance then you get harassed for months until you pay it.

Labcorp overall absolutely terrible, and I avoid them at all costs. However, there is an employee at this location who makes the struggle of going to Labcorp so much easier. She is a very kind soul and Labcorp is beyond lucky to have an employee like her, especially these days.

Go anywhere else. They are completely incompetent. Won’t return phone calls, made recommendations they can’t explain when asked about details, doesn’t understand their own pricing or how it works with insurance and they obviously hire whoever they can to work there. I understand the employee pool isn’t great but they would better off closing their doors to save their reputation. The only woman working today didn’t know what service she was supposed to be offering and couldn’t figure it out after I explained it to her. Then since it was taking too long for her to figure out how to do her own job, she said she had to go to lunch and told me to come back in an hour. She walked out of the building and turned the lights off while I was still in the back room. I can’t believe a medical professional referred me to this place.

LabCorp in Springfield, Oregon has some serious issues with their location and directions. Finding the lab is difficult, Google Maps often sends visitors to the wrong side of the building. This can be frustrating and time-consuming, especially for those with mobility issues or other challenges. To make matters worse, Google Maps often indicates that the lab is closed, causing further confusion and frustration. It is imperative that LabCorp address these issues and make it easier for visitors to find their location. That being said, once you do find the lab, the staff is friendly and helpful. The lab itself is clean and well-maintained, and the testing process is efficient and relatively quick.Overall, LabCorp in Springfield, Oregon is a decent facility, but the difficulties with finding the location and inaccurate information on Google Maps can be major frustrations.
