“Love this laundromat! The attendant is wonderful and helpful. The dryers have an air dry only option which is super rare and great! The machines are all clean and washers have the sanitize option. You can use coins or card with almost every machine. Parking is easy and plentiful, but there could be more carts to help that process. New favorite laundromat in the Eugene / Springfield area.”

“I have been going to Gateway Laundromat for about 6 months now weekly. Have tried many different hours and day to find the best time to go in. I have found the best time depends greatly on the staff that is working. I have noticed weekend mornings are my absolute favorite and that is because the woman who works the weekend morning is the best. She is always working on keeping the place clean and is extremely friendly and helpful. she helps keep the homeless from lingering and making the customers uncomfortable. Everyone knows you can ask her questions about the machines or how to do something correctly and she is always willing to help. I have been there other times when there are different workers and one is always out front vaping. She never cleans or helps. She will sit in the back with the door closed and the window closed or stands out front vaping. I have had a laundry basket stolen while she was on duty and she had no clue what could have happened. Granted it was very busy but i was there doing something completely different and had 6 of the largest machines used and 5 dryers and some how between moving the clothes from the washers to the dryers my basket from on top of the washer right in front of the window was stolen. If she had looked up from her phone she would have noticed and I can guarantee the women who works on the weekend would have noticed. I would have given a 5 star rating if it was always the same as the weekends. Even when busy the woman on the weekend morning is always helpful and friendly the other one never friendly, never working and is more consumed with her VAP or her Phone to pay attention. The management should be working to ensure the staff is more like the employee on the weekend morning and not like the one who doesn't like to work. I have tried to refer people to Gateway and have been told to stay clear because it is dangerous and not clean. I have told them it depends on the employee working.”

“It was a good experience. The washer was very good and Blanket was clean and spun out good. The dryer was hot and dried our very large blanket in a good time ...didn't have to keep feeding it quarters. And it was clean. I will return if I need a laundry mat. Thank you.”
