Nick and Matt went above and beyond for me when I had a flat on I-5 yesterday. I waited over an hour for AAA (85 degrees out) to even say someone was on the way. I decided to try Les Schwab because, hello, they're AWESOME! Nick was there in about 10 minutes, got my spare on and followed me on the freeway (you can't go that fast on the spare tire) with his flashers on, what a nice guy! Once I got to the store Matt was great and able to determine that the warranty would cover my tire, YAY! Les Schwab is one of my favorite companies and Harlow Road Les Schwab came through and once again demonstrated their commitment to customer service.

Stopped by one day to get a TPM sensor, waited for an hour. Sara suggested an appointment so i scheduled for the next day. 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment i watched them drive cars in that had just showed up and left me hanging.....again. This location is the pits, go anywhere else

This tire store is well equipped and stocked. Got a new tire for our travel trailer and was out in an hour. I had my truck inspected for a gear noise concern by Jesse their technician who was quite knowledgeable and professional with no charge as no serious concerns were found. He didn't even try to sell me something I didn't need. I recommend them highly.

I was stuck on I-5 with a flat trailer tire and had just used my spare the night before. They came out to me and did a tire replacement on the side of the interstate, allowing me to get to their store and put on a full new set. They went the extra mile and fixed my fender too, it had been destroyed by a tire that exploded on the freeway.

I had a bad experience at a different Les Shwab in Eugene near Fred Myers and Ryan at Springfield Les Shwab made it all better!!!!😁😁😁

If I could give negative stars I would. I took my car in July 7th for an all wheel alignment which was initially done incorrectly. Only my front was done and the back was worse than when I dropped it off. It started pulling to the right again beginning of this week (last week of July). I was able to bring it back in today to get it redone. The lady at the desk was trying to tell me it could be because of the shocks or my tires (which are new and Les Schwab put the new tires back on so that shouldn’t be an issue to begin with). Yet again, the back is worse than when I dropped it off. They gave me a quote for an adjustable arm (which my car already has) and said after I get that done they can redo the alignment then. Now my car is pulling heavily to the left after they supposedly redid the alignment. Not to mention they left my car parked with no E brake nor in gear so when I got into it, it started rolling backwards. Thankfully, my child was already in the car and seated before it started rolling… These people do not know what they are doing and now my car is even more unsafe than it was to even begin with which is absolutely ridiculous. 100% do NOT recommend this shop.

This was my second time checking and adding air to my car's tires at this location and having at least one tire becoming low/flat by the next day without having driven since leaving the Les Schwab. I do not recommend this location for airing up your tires.

Had been driving 14hr from California, rested in Springfield over night and woke up to a nail in my tire, drove to Les Schwab Tire center and Nathan took care of it as soon as possible. Everyone was so nice and helpful, I would highly recommend them. Now we’re on the road again, next stop Seattle. Thank you Les Schwab !!!!

Shout out to Brandon and the team at Les Schwab. Me and my girlfriend came in today and Brandon let us know we had a roofing nail in our tire. Brandon was able to get us in and get it done within 20 minutes. They were going to close in a half an hour and we had an appointment to be too so Brandon made sure to fit us in. I would highly recommend asking for Brandon if you go to this location. He’s helped us in the past before also really good guy! Again shout out to the team at Les Schwab. Thank you.

The workers here are amazing. Had my car in and out in less than an hour for replacement of my wheel baring (front end). The waiting area was well kept and a show on the television to distract my kids was an added plus to this place. I always trust them with my car.

I took my car in because I noticed a slow leak in my rear left tire. Cesar helped me out when I dropped the car off at 8am. He was great. My car was ready for pickup about 90 minutes later even though I didn't have an appointment. When I picked up my vehicle, Matt helped me out and he was awesome. Customer service at this location is fantastic.
