The lines are painfully slow. The car in front of me had a leaking tire. Instead of having them pull out to a different spot to have the tire repair they jacked it up ,pulled the tire and took 45 minutes to return with the tire and re-install it.
Better time management is required to expedite the service.

Great service! But if you plan on going make sure you mark off a minimum of 2 hours of your time. They don’t move quick!!

We wait in line like normal, the guy waves us to a lane, us being next and then proceeds to help the car behind us and works on there's and we are stuck in the lane he told us to go to being stuck and the car in front of ours decided to get something else done on his car so the 2 cars now behind us get serviced and we are still waiting in this other line..... your system is first come first serve but that is not how it is ran! Something that should take no longer than 15/20 minutes has turned into over an hour.

I absolutely enjoy taking my 2 cars for oil change, one Toyota and the other a German car. The technicians are great and friendly and never have had any issues at all, but last time I took my Audi the cost had jumped to $160.00 for oil and filter. Yes, that's right not a typo it is now $ 160.00 for a 4 cylinder small car oil change. That's TOO MUCH.

Do not buy the oil package when buying a car from Lithia Toyota!! You will be waiting 1-2+ hrs before you even get your service. I tried 4 different days & times & eventually just had to wait 3 hours to get my oil changed. Don't sell us packages that your business can't handle Lithia! They opened a 3rd bay eventually & people who came in after me got through an hour before I did while I was stuck in my lane. Poor service!

They made a huge mistake with my diesel Volkswagen Passat. After I got an oil change, an emergency light came on. They kept my car for a week to fix it. When I picked up my car, they still hadn't changed the oil.Their customer service is great! They gave me a nice rental car during that time and are very friendly.I did buy the unlimited oil changes. While they are very costumer service friendly, I am nervous to bring my car back there for an oil change again.
