The staff is wonderful, very knowledgeable, friendly, proficient, and professional, and they truly care about the dogs. They provide an unmatched level of professional care, ensuring dogs play with others and follow their personalized meal plans. Services like the limo transportation home add convenience. They are especially supportive of dogs with specific needs, such as separation anxiety, working patiently with them and their owners on a plan without giving up. They offer reassurance with updates during visits and boarding, which was particularly appreciated during emergencies like the severe ice storm of 2024, when they went above and beyond to care for boarded dogs. While they may cost more than some places, clients find it worth it for the peace of mind, knowing their fur babies are loved. Owners highly recommend Luckydog, often regretting not starting their pup’s journey there sooner.
I can not say enough good things about the Lucky Dog team! Frankie loves going there. Frankie has some anxiety issues, and they are wonderful tending to her and caring for her. I highly recommend Lucky Dog! Picture for cuteness!

My Mini Aussi and myself love Luckydog. He is excited to go to daycare and the staff has always taken such wonderful care of my little guy. I recommend Lucky Dog, and and can't say enough positives about the staff.
