Kind, loving people who go the extra mile. During the January 2024 ice storm they ran their generator and stayed open on their regular days off to provide propane to the desperate people who were without power.

"They" didn't have time for me. I wasn't there to buy feed. I was there on my BIG birthday trip, looking to hire a guide and spend money. Not Crystal money but good tequila money. I nosed through the flies...put some in a cup...got overcharged, but the kicker was when the "guide" looked at me..."i'll be right with ya, I have to take this call from a CLIENT." I'm sure you are fantastic at putting your clients on fish. What I have learned in being an owner/operator, is that marketing and advertising cost too much, so a new client standing in front of me is worth 4x an existing client...dude, you could have called your "client" back...yes? Anyone can catch fish in a smokie haze from wildfires but guides make it an experience...for better or for worse. Sorry we never got the chance.
