The assistant manager tried to fight me in the parking lot because his wife, also an employee, hit me with her car and fled inside the store and hid until police arrived. I highly do not recommend this business due to the mentally unstable employees.

The young lady that works at this location always helps me has great Customer service is always in good spirits in a good mood. This is the only location in Eugene or Springfield that I will go to.

I had to edit as I was happy with them and have been for years, then I made some changes and not long after two managers without my knowledge or permission allowed someone else full access to my account that was not authorized that changed my pin and things to my account Twice! Now I'm having problems with my phone and furious ? ? not ok

Would give 0 stars if an option. Arrived with 2 missions.. 1, to return a home mobile device as advised by phone agent due to moving , and 2, to transition our 2 cell phone plans from another carrier to TMobile. Agent reeked of stake smoke, never made eye contact and acted like he had no clue how, or ability to assist with either issue, or cared to. I think we will stick with our current carrier, and do a follow up to the call center where people were pleasant and helpful. HORRID customer service here, shocking!

This is a great place to shop for phones, tablets and to get phone and WiFi service. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I've been a customer for a few years now and have paid the same every month. One day I was in to have them help fix a problem I was having. While discussing the issue. The employee mentioned that he may be able to lower the price of my bill. He did a few things on computer, then made a phone call. After he was done he told me he was able to lower my bill by 30%.
