If you don't pick up your orders within a few days they will cancel your order with no notice - they've lost a lifelong customer because of incompetent management, out of touch policy & no care for the customer. With policies like this, it's not doubt their days are numbered & we will take our annual spend elsewhere.

This used to be my favorite store- I've been a Michaels customer for over 10 years. Sadly, they've installed self-checkout stands and left just one cashier. The Rewards card, vouchers and coupons rarely work at the self checkouts without multiple attempts. An employee showed me a few hacks today as I checked out, but even she struggled to get it to work. I won't be shopping here anymore, it's not worth the hassle.

They had what I was looking for, plus lots of great clearance items, I shouldn't have bought, but oh well. ?♀️? minus one star for the new self checkout though. It's terrible! ?

I don't think I've ever submitted a negative review before. I'd like to say you get what you pay for but this outfit charges the same prices as REAL frame shops. These are cheap plastic frames. You may as well go to a good shop and get actual quality for a comparable price. The person who helped me had a good eye for picking the right frame. The end result is just not in the same ballpark. Not even close.

accepted a fraudulent check from my small business account in June 2022. store manager refused to inquire into the fraudulent transaction. store accepts fake checks. be aware.

Aaron Brothers doesn't exist as far as I can tell, unless the Michael's frameshop is what replaced it.

Wow! This is a great Michael's store. I'm driving (actually riding) from Portland to the Bay Area and needed to buy some yarn for a road trip project. This Michael's was amazing! Beautiful, tidy displays. I was helped by someone in the yarn department--- he was helpful, polite, and knowledgeable. The cashier was also polite, helpful, and friendly. I'm very impressed. Thanks for making this a nice stop!
