Was at work doing a big residential complex, and my water pump decided it was time to fail. Took it in to Lenord, and 2.5 hours later I was driving my truck back to work. Talk about fast service!! Highly recommend if you need quick, honest, reliable service!

Leonard is an amazing mechanic who is very reasonably priced but what I like most of all is that he always treats me like I were family. I have been using him for about 2 years now and I haven't regretted using him not once. He always goes the extra mile for his customers as well as all of the mechanics at Mohawk Auto Care. Horrible experience!!! Someone wrote “run away” and that is the best advise ever!!!! From the experience they probably can do small jobs like change windshield wipers, air filters, add air to your tires and replace your valve caps on your tires…..but I wouldn’t let them touch ANYTHING bigger than than those jobs! The damage they did to my car wasn’t in the hundreds it was the THOUSANDS!!!! And yes I have proof!!!Service: Transmission

I was working in Springfield for the week when my check engine light came on. At this point I am 2 hours away from home and now in a bad spot. I called Mohawk and asked if they had any availablity. The gentleman told me not till next week. I told the gentleman I had a diagnostic ran at auto zone, what the problem was and that I could not go home till I had it fixed and asked if he had any suggestions. He said I am not going to leave you stranded, bring me the vehicle and I will see what I can do. They had my SUV fixed in a matter of hours and I got to head home! They did not over charge me either!I cant thank these gentleman enough!! Great business, great mechanics and a great value for the money.Service: General repairs & maintenance

This place is the worse ...I had them replace my CV joint and they didn't tighten my struts properly and caused my bearings in my tire to go bad and could have cause more damage ..thanks for nothing mohawk!Service: General repairs & maintenance
