Shopping at Walmart has been a consistently positive experience for me. Not only does this store offer a wide variety of products at great prices, but their selection of alcoholic beverages is particularly impressive. I've found that their alcohol section not only has a diverse range of options but also provides the convenience of a one-stop shopping experience. It's a fantastic place to explore different brands and indulge in quality beverages, all for free. Walmart's commitment to offering such a comprehensive selection has made it my go-to destination for satisfying my alcohol preferences while enjoying the convenience of a well-stocked store. Unlike walgreens in whom did not let me take my alcohol for free.

This review is for my experience as a new pharmacy customer. They answer their phones, which is almost worth 5 stars alone compared to some other large name pharmacies. My medication was not in stock. I was kept informed of the timeline, which was accurate, and it was easy to call and give my GoodRX coupon code. Shipping was free! Since I need to use several different pharmacies to get the best prices, the less drama the better. There should never be drama filling prescription. Oh, the online experience is above average.

My father has recently become a widower and went to this Walmart to grocery shop for the first time. An employee came up to him, took his list and helped him find all of his items. You always here bad news about Walmart so it was nice to hear that this location has outstanding employees that genuinely care for their customers.

I should know by now not to come to this Walmart for the primo water jugs, they never have any, it's like they don't call for a new delivery of water.

Just bought a $140.00 dollars worth of food there and on the way out the cashier made a point of coughing on everything . This store is one big health code voilation. Walmart give your employees sick time and make them use it.

Another market going down hill because of customer service. WALMART is creating a very hard to deal with atmosphere with their (WALMART) made up rules. I'm on a pain management plan and have to get a prescription every 2 months or so. I was told that WALMART will no longer give you more than a 7-day supply on a 30-day prescription. Who appointed them God? My doctor was even concerned. With a country full of alcoholics, chain smokers, heroine, meth and marijuana addicts, what gives you the right to override doctors orders. And then tonight, I walked in, went to the Oregon bottle drop kiosk, printed my cash voucher, immediately walked over to customer service, and was told they have new protocol because of fraud. I stood there for 15 minutes for a $20 slip. The guy tried calling the redemption center the front end manager at Walmart, to see if anyone could validate my ticket. Laughable right? He tried to hand me a phone number (which I ended up calling) after he lectured me about how I should shove my own cans in the machine and take my voucher there. Needless to say, I won and they were wrong. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! That wasn't last visit there.

While I was shopping my husband was waiting in the car outside. He was accused of loitering and asked to leave by a Walmart employee. He told the employee he was waiting for me the employee then said either leave or the police will be called. We will never shop there again.

I am a very polite person - but if I'm ever in the self checkout line again and I see an employee on each side of me STARING without greeting I will flip out. Not the first time this has happened and probably not the last time.

My mom just got out of rehab and is still hurting over the fall. All she does is cry. Her hearing is bad on the side of the fall. She is depressed. She is giving up. The manager at that store is Jon Halk. He does not care about her or the accident.

I had a questionable experience with this place. I called to ask for a phone number to reach the Springfield Walmart on Olympic. (the number I had was disconnected.) She kept saying "This is the Walmart Neighborhood Market." Yes, I know. I'm asking for the phone number to the Walmart on Olympic. "This is the Walmart Neighborhood Market." ...was she just trolling or what? I finally tried one more time: Yes, can you give me the phone number to Walmart on Olympic? She then quickly rattled off a phone number and hung up. I dialed it, and it rang to The Walmart Neighborhood Market.

Used to be some more convenient when they had better hours. They used to open at 5 in the morning. And they stayed open pretty late. Now they don't open until 6 in the morning. Considering the fact that it's the only grocery store around the area, that's pretty goddamn stupid. I guess I'll go over to Winco that actually stays open all night.

CUSTOMER SERVICE is DEAD. So, I just finished a very unsatisfactory experience at this Walmart. I like to go through the lines with the Checkers in them. I don't much care for the self-serve lines, just a personal preference. Today, I was waiting in line, and as I got closer to the cashier, the next in line, she told me I would need to go find another line; she had to leave. In the old days, when a cashier was relieved, they told the last person in line that they were it, and they put a sign up so that no new people would join the line. I, however, had to go find another line and start all over again. It wasn't a terrible wait, maybe another 10 to 15 minutes. But it's the principle of the thing. So customer service at this Walmart... Lacking at best. Alice was the floor manager at the time, by the way

I can find everything with ease. Parking is pretty easy. The vegetables and meat aren't top of the line but you can't expect much with Walmart. The prices are reasonable. I love the savings catcher. You can scan your receipt and they price check all their competitors. If you paid a higher price for a Walmart item they will reimburse whatever you spent on a Walmart card. They have some household items as well.

I never have high expectations for Wal-Mart. Welcome to corporate America, and everyone hates Wal-Mart. But they still shop here. I have dropped my mother off at the door many times and just waited in the car, never experiencing the store. I just went to the giant superstore in Springfield when I needed something. But I started shopping here about a month ago, and I was pleasantly surprised. As I usually do during the first trip to a grocery store, I walk every single isle and explore what they have, familiarize myself with general locations of key items I buy, compare some prices. Speeds up future trips when I want to get in and out quickly, or know I need to go somewhere else for a specialty item. I was pleasantly surprised to find this store had more than I expected. Employees are actually really friendly. There's a guy I always see picking up carts from the parking lot, and he's greeting people as they go in or as they're leaving. He's familiar enough with regulars that he greets some by name. He's not BFFs with them, he simply knows the regulars. I kind of like that. They don't have the annoying greeter who acts more like a bouncer at the door to stare you down and demand a receipt before you can leave. I hate how the superstore in Springfield does that these days. The store is much smaller than the superstores and isn't open 24 hours. The big things I like are, they aren't constantly out of staple items I buy, I don't have to fight traffic, or wait in long lines because they're only running one real check stand and the rest self checkout. The store is small enough that my mother can walk around it without difficulty. She has terminal cancer and the chemo drugs have killed her energy. So when I take her in here, she feels productive being able to go shopping without a motorized cart or just getting exhausted trying to walk. Bathrooms are easy to get to. Again, if the chemo meds are screwing with her, she doesn't have to worry about anything because the bathrooms aren't far away. If I send her alone, they help by taking her purchases out to the car, loading them into the trunk. It's not a store where you're just another random asshole and they don't care about making a good impression because they know you'll come back either way. They really strive to make it a good experience and help. The bigger stores could take a lesson in customer service from them. They also run at least two or sometimes three check stands when I've gone in I really The other great thing about being a smaller store is it's easier on my wallet. I go in for specifics and don't have the option to be distracted by other stuff I don't need. No distractions equals cheaper in my narrow little world. I would highly recommend this store because it's smaller than the superstores, parking and shopping is much easier, and the customer service is excellent. Review 35 of 2017.

I hate shopping at Walmart in general, but I only come here because it is down the street from my house. It is convenient because it is small but that's probably the only perk. The produce is never good, always on the brink of expiring or just not good quality to begin with. They never take back anything without a receipt and they don't have the capability to look purchases up with a card (which I don't see why they don't, not like they don't have the money or something). My roommate and I bought two bags of Cuties here, and they went completely rotten in two days. I threw away my receipt because I never return food, so I called to see if I could just exchange them for a new bag. The lady told me no exchanges or returns without a receipt, and even with a receipt there are no refunds. What kind of customer service is that? It's not my fault the produce is garbage. So that's 12$ down the drain for me. Won't shop here again.
