I’d like to thank Amanda Baxter for helping me with my policy switch from Allstate. I saved just shy of $100 on my Renters & Auto policy. It was able to pick my pay date and I have already started to save with Know Your Drive!I’m happy to be apart of the AmFam :)

Monica and her staff are amazing. I have met with them and gotten some quotes. However because of certain business policies and vehicles. My current insurance couldn't beat the rate I was hoping for.But I would not tell people to not go there. They're an amazing team of people who do care and work hard to find you the best rates possible.My insurance needs are more complex than the average person. Just because I am not a current client doesn't mean that I don't want to be.

We have been with American Family since 2003 and have been extremely happy with their services especially with Monica Smith. We have had an car accident claim and a life insurance claim with AMFAM and they were super fast with the process. Monica is always there to answer the many questions I have. She always returns my calls immediately. We have Auto, Life, and Renters insurance with AMFAM. This is a great company to work with.
