Would give negative stars if I could. Staff for their online storefront on TCGPlayer is completely unprofessional and refunded an order for cards because they wanted to relist them for a higher price after the payment has been made. Unacceptable business practices.

This place is clean, welcoming, and feels like we all belong. I play Lorcana and we want inclusivity. Did ya'll know 38% of MTG players are women? Things that I love: People greet you here. They answer questions without being snarky even if they are noob questions. They keep it clean and fresh. They even offer grooming supplies if needed. Did I mention they run Lorcana?!

I really enjoy this store. It is my go to shop. Tournaments were very welcoming when I didn't know anyone. Great staff and great people that play there.

This is a great game shop. Very unique things and they have game nights where they have competition cars nights. Great selection of D&D dice, campaign books, and other stuff. When it comes to cards, they have magic, Disney lorcana, Pokemon, and the only place I found that sells one piece booster packs. The Pokemon selection is great and they have hard to find single packs (even if they are high in price). They also have singles for sale in the case from near mint to lightly played. They have all kinds of collectibles and are worth a special trip.

To the guy who wears the Nike glasses at mox valley. Worst customer service ever! He got mad cause I had him price my cards and I ain't gonna get low balled for high priced cards..you guys lost a customer!

Love this place. Owners and staff are friendly and helpful. They have casual and tournament card games going throughout the week. Prices are very reasonable for a small business. Lots of variety of card packs, card accessories, dice, and models available.

This shop is not only a place of business, but a place of community. All of the employees go out of their way to make you feel welcome and take any opportunity to help you learn about a game, find the best product for your current obsession or guide you toward a new one. Strange to say a card shop could feel like a second home, but…here we are.

They opened two hours late while my 9 year old son and I waited because we got dropped off and didn't have a ride home, it was freezing and they knew we were out there, who ever the fat female is that works there has ZERO conscious she just walked right past us when we asked what was going on and how much longer we'd be. When we were finally let in, they totally screwed me over giving me $15 for like 10 OG good condition pokemon cards, knowing I needed the money.
These people are total vampires, do not give them any of your money.

Almost everyone is friendly and helpful, orders get pulled fast and accurately, and the inventory is pretty solid.

I recently got into Gunpla and they have the best selection I've found in the eugene/Springfield area, and they are super reasonably priced. Everyone is incredibly nice and and always compliment my choice of kits.
