Every time I come into this branch, it’s like banking features like home loans and car loans and now even a notary… doesn’t exist for me. This branch. This one only. Can they get it together please? And stop being so rude to their members because they refuse to be of service appropriately?

Absolute worst lienholder we've ever had. Every week for the last 5 months we have had a new letter in the mail telling us we had better comply with their list of demands or they threaten us with a $4000 bill. Every single time we get a letter, we call, see what they need, and send them ALL the info that they ask for. Yet Every week they send a NEW set of demands and tell us we have not been compliant with them. They are absolutely terrible. In all of the cars we've bought over they years, and all the lienholders we've dealt with, we've never had this problem. At one point in the 5 month process, they literally stole almost $1000 out of our account because they said we had not sent in the information they requested. What a nightmare. After we called... again, they said, oh we will put that back in your account, just send us the info... which we did! Stay as far away from this company as possible. Scam through and through! You'll never win with this company. As soon as you give them the information requested, they will send another list and tell you that they will take your money.

Nice people that work here and they do get much more traffic that many other branches so it is difficult to handle certain rush hour times.
Overall I do like this branch but there is room for improvement and hope they do.

well, I've been a customer in the mid 2000 teens and I quit Oregon community credit union because it's run by a bunch of clowns. I thought the circus was in town when I first signed up and I got away from them as quickly as possible. I recently bought a new car in. The best rate was OCCU so I financed my car with them. so far I have spoke to five different customer service representatives regarding my auto pay that I set up with the dealer when I bought the car 3 1/2 months ago. Yet every single month they asked me when are you gonna make your payment. Then I call wait half hour 40 minutes just like all the other people that I looked up on their reviews of Oregon community credit union and they're all one and two stars. And I'm not talking about one review I'm talking about many many reviews. You can't tell me that all these people along with me don't have a grip with Oregon community credit union because we do and yet they don't do anything to improve their service. If it wasn't for the fact that I got a good rate on my loan I wouldn't do Oregon community credit union any service at all under any shape way or form or circumstance. I'm a 75-year-old male and I've been with multiple many financial institutions and by far OCCU is the worst and I mean the absolute most terrible financial business I have ever encountered. In fact, I filed a report with the Better Business Bureau. Enough said.

Went to deposit on 4-23-2025 at 11:28 am. This was the first time I had a person working the window that had an attitude, made me feel I did someing wrong. She really needs an attitude adjustment. Very disapponting

I’ve been a member of Oregon community credit union for many years. When I lived in Eugene, the service was so much better. The community credit union in Springfield is always busy with super long lines. Sometimes you have to wait a half an hour just to deposit some checks and as a business owner, this is very frustrating. It seems they are always understaffed and whoever is running this credit union needs to game up. There’s no reason for people to have to stand and wait 30 minutes to get service. I end up usually going to Eugene because the service is so much better.

Absolute nightmare dealing with this credit union. Constantly calling or having you prove your insurance all the time. You give it to them and they still need more info.. you guys seriously suck.. I'm never recommending your credit union to anyone I can't even make a payment without some issue, iv called twice already today and it's like this everytime the month that I try to pay.. what an absolute joke you are as a whole company

They have been doing maintenance for several days. I cannot see my balance I cannot access anything online. I cannot transfer any of my money from the savings to the checking. I went to an ATM and cannot do any form of transaction. I’ve tried to call the branches. All of them are closed. This is unacceptable. They are literally playing peoples money.
