I’ve asked twice now for them to check the vacuum check valves, which my online tesearch suggested was the simple solution. Neither time did they do this, preferring to do other unrequested costly repairs. Not listening to women seems the norm.? Today they “test drove” my van and used nearly 1/4 tank of gas, also driving so crazy as to throw everything around the back in total disarray, not believing that the items stored there NEVER shift at all when I drive.

I highly recommend these guys. I called them last minute for some work I suddenly needed before leaving town. They not only got me in, but they were so quick and the price was amazing!!

I have got quotes a few times and im pretty sure this is the last fair and honest shop in Springfield. Highly recommend giving theses guys a call. Always answer the phone and always professional.

They enjoy being on their phones while manning the front desk, I really hate it when a person in customer service does not listen to what the customer is saying and they have to repeat themselves. Please establish rules and training to solve this problem, it is extremely unprofessional.

Upon arrival at outback auto I was bringing my be able to be serviced for exhaust manifold gasket once I paid for the repair of $449 I received my vehicle only to find out they had snapped 4 of the studs 2 on each side of my vehicle's engine block then you're galactic to inform me not only did they neglect to inform me but they denied having anything to do with the damages to my vehicle Refuse to repair
