Have had multiple negative experiences here at this drop off. There are 2 ladies in there that are super aggressive and plain rude when asked questions about there policies. Charging extra money for shipping when shipping has already been paid for by customers is wrong. They are charging extra money to print out QA label when it’s been paid for. Telling me they are losing money cus they have to print the label?!? An just put a sign up saying there charging you extra just to print a sticker with a barcode when it’s already been paid for. When I asked about why they did this? They raised there voices at me got super red in the face stuttering not able to give me a consistent answer on why I’m being charged extra for shipping when I paid for it already. I wonder if there bigger distribution companies they ship for know that they are charging extra for shipping when it’s been paid for in advance. Bogart this place. Go a few extra blocks down the road on Main Street a use usps they won’t treat there customers like they do at pak mail. Multiple bad service experience thought it was just maybe someone was having a bad day no they are always rude and do not give good information on how to ship. Have tried over charging me for mailers a would have if I didn’t correct them. Booooo this place!!!!! Get better ladies have a better attitude when working customer service. Don’t try to steal from people and make them pay more for shipping cus you have to do a little extra work a scan a QR code an peel a label off to push it to en envelope! I know gotta get up an do work better charge them extra some how for making me do my job in the first place am make them feel as uncomfortable as possible so they don’t return. Respect the younger generation. I have seen how you all treat elderly people when then come in compared to younger folks. You guys are so disrespectful.

Store did not comply with state regulations. The "manager" was not wearing a mask while her employees were. The small space was packed FULL. There were circles for "distancing" but it was not enforced. The "manager" was rude to the customers before me, and was seemingly very impatient. I was VERY uncomfortable with my experience. I felt that the staff had little regard for my safety.

None of the 3 employees were wearing masks. Regardless of opinion, it is a state requirement in businesses. Made my daughter and me extremely uncomfortable. We were the only ones in there, ignored for first 4 minutes, told 2 times by 2 different people that they would be right with me. Waited 5 more. Still the only people in there. They were talking and laughing. I was very disappointed, felt like an imposition, not a customer. Very strange.

They first off told me they couldn't ship my envelopes and then suggested other businesses. Then they tried to give me postage for my envelopes, didn't have enough. THEN I got to the USPS to ship the envelopes and they told me the shipping store told me I needed the wrong amount of postage. Going to this store was stressful, expensive, and took me longer. NEVER go here unless you want to end up angry and out of more money.

Bill is one of the friendliest business owners I know. He's very knowledgeable in his field of expertise and makes sure to train his employees well. If you're ever in the need to ship a package or just mail off a letter, Pak Mail is the place to go!

Zoe was INCREDIBLY RUDE while I tried to ask her a few simple questions over the phone. Told me to call back for management because she didn't want to answer my questions. So rude and will take my business elsewhere

The staff is friendly and helpful. I like how they compare prices between USPS, FedEx, and UPS. It is also convenient compared to going all the way to the Post Office.

Was charged .60 cents for a stamp. Current postage rates at .49 cents for stamps. Serious skimming here.
