Harvey helped me out with my order. Free delivery if your order is over $500. Great service. Delivered in the time frame needed. I accidentally ordered the wrong boards and upon delivery I phoned and spoke with Matt who was able to get the correct boards ordered and the others picked up within a couple hours. The delivery driver Omer was super helpful in helping us get our boards exchanged. We really appreciate the effort he made to help us out. Don't hesitate. Their service is the best!

Unrelated to the store itself, but the employees here are incredibly kind!! I ran out of gas one morning with no phone and no money, so they kindly let me use their phone and offered me coffee. When I was unable to reach a friend for help, one of the guys who worked there drove to a gas station and brought me back enough gas to make it to my new job on time. This place is great and recommend it highly!!

I am a business owner for a local construction company in town. I had a terrible experience with the employee Ryan. He did not take the time to help us out with finding the right products. Instead he had a brand new employee take us around to find the wood ourselves. Ryan did a horrible job and is hurting Parr Lumber business.

Amazing and great service. A very special thanks to Harvey who fabricated a large size non traditional piece of quarter round. Something that could not easily be ordered. I was in a bind because I needed the quarter round to repair some exterior home damage so that I could my home read for sale. Harvey's efforts solved a huge problem for me and I so great fully appreciate him going the extra mile for me.

Smells like lumber! We were switching out an old aluminum window for newer double pain energy efficient window. They had everything we needed to do the job. Spackle, stain, 1x6 8 footers, trim, 4 mdf356 7 footers. They helped us load it up and gave us a flag for the longboards. Highly recommend.

They like to repeat, over and over, that they are the 19th largest residential construction supplier in the US. As if the fact alone obligates the hearing party patronize this company. A word to management, so what, nobody cares! I would be so much more impressed if you lowered your prices. The best customer service IN THE WORLD is meaningless if your products cost twice as much as the competition.
