I was referred to Carol 5+ years ago. Even though she is a bit of a drive, it's worth it for us. She has done 3 of our dogs. I've also referred her to our friends and family.

My little rescue Sassy, who is a chihuahua does great with her. No snarling or behavioral issues. I recommend Precicious pet grooming.

I’ve got a large breed dog and an unusual giant breed puppy. She did a wonderful job with both of them. The pricing is very fair, she took the time to make sure they were well groomed and trimmed.If I’m in town again I’ll happily come back.

I've been going to Precious Pets for a couple of years. Carol works with me and my timid dog to make things as stressfree as possible. I recommend her highly. She often brings her own dogs to work, and if their barking disturbs anyone then she let's them know to stop. Other reviewers may have observed this and not known that she was addressing her own dogs. I've never seen her be harsh to any dog.

Precious Pets is great, the owner, Carol is absolutely fantastic with your fur baby as is the rest of the staff. They all do a phenomenal job and are wonderful at what they do! I recommend Precious Pets for everybody who cares for a furry friend.

I called 3 days in advance to schedule for my little dogs nails to be clipped. When I arrived, I walked in and she asked 'Did you just call?' I said, 'No, I made an appointment', she then said, 'I usually have people call right before they come in', I thought that to be odd, my thought was 'why can't I come as scheduled, or at anytime? what are you hiding? ' The atmosphere was quiet, with several dogs in crates. The one dog she was grooming on a table was shaking bad, and was left unattended as she proceeded to take my dog to the other table to clip his nails, I asked if the dog was friendly and if I could pet him, saying, 'he seems nervous'. she said, ' you can pet him' and, 'He's old', as if all old dogs shake nervously. I noticed the other dogs seemed very sad, and quiet, just looking at me. The vibe was not good in my opinion. She handled my dog a bit rough for my liking, pulling his little leg towards her when he tried to pull away, and using a file with vigor. She then said, 'He's bleeding, but, he'll be fine.' She put something on his nails to stop the bleeding, without a concern of explanation to me. She handed me my dog and told me she only accepted cash. I will never go back to this establishment. I feel it is important to let other pet owners know about my experience, I also plan on making a report to animal humane society, as I see another reviewer has done. If I could post without giving one star, I would.

I read all the poor reviews and thought it was funny they were all similar. But when I called to try and schedule to get my Labradoodle groomed, all the poor reviews came to life. Was not even given a chance to try to become a customer. Sounded overwhelmed and agitated to even take my call. It's unfortunate when all you want to do is support local small business but you get better service from large chain stores......
