Outstanding service, in a great time of need, on a weekend, with few places open. He was very quick to diagnose the issue, and replaced a faulty ignition coil, and spark plug very quickly. It helped us get on the road to Montana, and keep the timeframe we had intended. Fairly priced, and definitely good people. I'm very pleased with my experience, and would highly recommend.

Awesome people! I brought my car here after I pressure washed the engine bay and it had multiple misfires and they quickly fixed it for me at a very reasonable price. They always can get you in quickly and are very helpful people I highly recommend progress automotive

I called thinking my thermostat was just sticking since it would over heat off and on for a couple weeks. They quoted me 95 dollars. It was Wed. June 29th and really needed my vehicle before 4th of July, they said they would have it done by Sat. July 2nd and it would be 810 dollars because it was pump and timing belt too. Then sat. Came and gone, I left a message but no return call. I really needed my car and very much let them know that. I had someone already to fix it after the 4th.When they finally called me July 5th to get it, my steering wheel was tilted, my stereo was on AM and on Mexican music, my gas was lower and things were out of place. She said they had to reorder the timing belt kit and she wasn't there to call me. ?? Not okay. And if your test driving my car afterwards you shouldn't have the radio on. I'm sure you can guess from here what I think happened. I'm getting my car looked at to see if they even did the work they said.

Progress did a fantastic job on my brakes. I use to go to Firestone in Eugene, but had to keep returning to them for problems. This was half the cost and I don't have to keep going back.Service: Brakes

I called to get my fuel pump replaced and they gave a honest straight quote. I had called a few shops before them and they all had inflated the cost. I highly recommend this place to anyone in the area. Great work and just good honest people. Can’t say enough good things about them.

Absolutely wonderful staff. Everyone was very friendly and got my car done in a day! They also stayed past closing to replace my broken headlight and only charged me for the part. Highly recommend Progress if you want fast reliable service.

I had hit a raccoon and it detached my front bumper from my grill. There was a small 1 inch crack on the bottom skirt where it attaches to the grill. A place quoted me $799 Just to refasten everything without replacing any body part. I was appalled. In desperation I stopped at Julio’s shop where he and his lovely daughter got it all fixed up for me in 20 minutes. I have a 2014 Veloster that I just love and I’m furloughed from my job at the U of O. It has a little crack but I can live with it. Im so happy they were there cause there was no way I could afford $799 at this time. They were not going to charge me a penny but I insisted on at least giving them $100. God Bless Him!

Not only did they change my truck's oil, they checked fluids and filters for free. They pulled out the cabin filters, that were filthy, and gave me the option of them changing them out. Very affordable prices, if you have routine service and repairs. High quality. Effortless waiting. Great time slots for the weekdays. BBB operated. They have a blog site. Waiting room and bathrooms are clean. Toolbox-coffee station is in front of their informational tv screen. Artisans wood work is displayed. Their service is impeccable. I have been taking my autos there for two+ years.
