Had a good experience here getting work shoes that are comfortable and will get me through a 12 hour shift. Really great customer service and the BOGO deal allowed me to get two pairs that I can alternate through. Definitely recommend this place.

False advertising on shoe prices seems like a trick to me picked up two shoes market buy one get one and then when I arrived at the register apparently they aren't on sale ridiculous

Hope was the best customer service associate I’ve came across in a long time. I brought my son in there last night for a new pair of shoes and she was so helpful and so knowledgeable and so sweet and kind to us. We don’t get out often and shop we do most shopping online mostly to avoid horrible customer service but Hope restored my faith in humanity! She’s one of the good ones and I couldn’t thank her enough. Thank you Hope ❤️

COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME GO ELSEWHERE!!!!
I walked in carrying 2 pairs of Merrell's I had purchased a few months back I walked up to the register and got an employee's attention that was straightening shoes. The employee came up and said, "yes?" As if I were a burden to stop what she was doing. I then said, "Hello, I bought these shoes a few months ago, and they are already falling apart." As I showed her the sole coming off the shoe. Completely NOT what I expect from a name brand like Merrel when they are around $100 a pair of shoes. She said, "Oh well. That's not an issue we would deal with. You would call customer care and if they approve an exchange then we can help you. Or you call Merrell." I stated,"but I bought them here, and here is my receipt." She told me,"There's nothing we can do until you get a hold of customer care." I said "Can I speak with a manager?" "Ah, I am the manager" With a snooty tone she replied. "well can we get me a copy of my receipt so I can actually read it." "No" as if she was done talking to me.
I don't get how management has such a low respect level for someone who obviously puts pennies on they're pay check by buying they're bunk shoes that fall apart. I would have given a way better review if I was treated as if I wasn't a burden. Like if the 'manager' had said "I apologize but you have to give our customer care number a call before I can replace your shoes. Per company policy" or something like that. Instead of "oh well that's not an issue we would deal with," 'NOT MY PROBLEM' is how I felt she was telling me

It's interesting to me that Birkenstock mayari shoes are on the birkenstock website as unisex and go up to a 46 (us size 13) in mens Rack Room Shoes decides are "womens" shoes and women don't need shoes over a size 42 (us size 11). So if you wear a size 43 or 44 (us size 12/12.5) you just have to buy mens shoes..... seems kind of arbitrary.

Tried on some sandals in an 8 and a 9. 8 was too small and 9 was too big. Asked the ladies working if I could order it in a half size and they said no, this model does not come in half sizes.
Well, I have an 8.5 shipping right now from the Sketcher's website. Had to pay some shipping and do some sleuthing, but they do exist. I am not sure why the employees would tell me they don't exist when they do

Highly do not recommend coming here I spent over an hour getting shoes and every single sign was wrong misplaced and or had expired and they didn’t pull it, the workers where lazy none helpful and so every time I walked to the register “ oh sorry this is an old sign” oh sorry this isn’t part of the deal anymore we forgot to pull that sign. And didn’t even honor the deals when it’s their mistake. Put your store together properly get your workers in check this was not okay ! Go elsewhere this store is a joke

Spent 15 minutes max in the store. Wasn't greeted by any employees even though there were a few. I was also bumped into by the young boy worker who was too busy walking and talking to a young girl worker, which I guess it would've been an inconvenience for him to turn his attention away from her to apologize to me.I planned on buying 6 pairs of shoes. Since I was of no importance in the store, my money will be spent elsewhere. I even unsubscribed from emails.
