My experience with this auto service is fabulous. They service my vehicle fix my problems and identified some other issues. I am very happy.My vehicle is in good shape now.I am very pleased. Sam knows what he is doing and is very transparent about any issue.

I Took my jeep here to get it fixed after a minor accident. They worked as fast as humanly possible and were super patient with our insurance. Then i also took it back to get my heater fixed, got it back super quick and it works great. The staff are super nice and explained the issues very well and were very professional. Would definitely take your car here!

Sam’s has always been reliable and honest with what my car needs. They’re quick to answer any and all questions I had. I plan to go back for any further fixes I need done. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good mechanic.

Never go here by yourself as a woman. I took my car down to Sam’s because I thought this was a good place I could trust with my car. My car was there for over 7 days and they never once reached out to me. I contacted them every couple days and they quoted me 550 dollars and still could not tell me what the problem is. They consistently said they would call me back after I reached out and they never did. As soon as my grandfather went in suddenly the car was okay to run and it was only 80 dollars. Immediately after I tried the car it would still not start so they did not actually fix anything. I believe they were sick of me contacting them and wanted to get the car off their hands so they completely lied and said the car was safe to run when it never was. The unprofessionalism and lack of respect was evident during each interaction. I will not be using them in the future and would not recommend.

Always get a second opinion/estimate after taking your car here.
Brought my car in to have them check the reason why the car was over heating. Charged me $187 and also took the time to check spark plugs and other items not related to coolant system.
Gave me an estimate of over $2000 which included all the issues they found not just what I had asked for.
Took to another mechanic and was quoted $500 to fix the issue that I brought it in for.
The whole experience left me feeling like I was just a source of easy income. I wonder how many people have paid for all the recommended services without realizing it isn’t necessary.
