Kevin repaired my crunched driver’s side door and did an excellent job, structural and aesthetic. And he did for half what the dealership quoted. His time estimate was right on, and the personal service he provided made the whole transaction a pleasure. Thank you, Kevin.Services: Painting

A couple of summers ago I was driving down the road when a pedestrian attempted to cross the crosswalk quickly from a blind corner. I hit my brakes and came to a complete stop. A moment later I was immediately rear-ended by the vehicle behind me. This crumpled the front of their Neon and the back of my Prius. The person who caused the accident begged and pleaded to not involve insurance. I'm not a person to cause problems, so I asked for documentation and a video as a written statement. They promised to pay for the auto bill, so I went out and got 5 random local quotes from auto body shops. The shops went as far as $5,000 for a quote. Simon's was far more affordable. He stretched my car back to its original shape and replaced the pieces. I rely on my vehicle heavily for work, so for him to get it back on the road as fast as he did, and as fairly priced as he did, was miraculous. Fast forward to just now. I picked my car up with a couple more years of driving. He replaced the headlight entirely and fixed an electrical issue I had been having since 2018. I highly recommend the Springfield shop. This guy has never let me down.Services: Battery

Kevin and his team did an excellent job for us with auto body work. They are honest, reliable, and take pride in their work. Top quality repair at a cost well below other estimates. Highly recommended.Service: Body & Trim

Kevin did an outstanding job on my Subaru. I had a pretty big scratch on my back fender. He repaired that and painted it and you would never know there was a deep scratch. He also put a clear coat to secure that area so it wouldn’t crack. Kevin is a very nice person, enjoyed talking to him about his interest in classic cars. I would highly recommend Simon’s Auto Body Shop. I’m so pleased with the work.Service: Body & Trim

I would 100% NOT recommend this comany. Kevin and his "receptionist" are highly unprofessional when interacting with customers. Kevin and his "receptionist" have absolutely zero customer service skills. Very short and rude responses. I asked for an out of pocket quote on my vehicle. "Not interseted" Then I was promptly walked out the door. The owner has a bad reputation with other shops. Apparently he's very behind because of personal projects. I think the old man should retire and take his "receptionist" with him.

I have had nearly a dozen classic vehicles painted and restored over the years. Kevin and Simon's auto body has been the worse experience I've had with an auto body shop. I felt he was extremely hard to communicate with. I felt The quality and extended time he took was truly awful.Unfortunately after he had my vehicle for nearly 5 months after he said it would be done, I still received an unfinished product.Several reputable auto body shops in town laughed at it. In my opinion, the entire time Kevin acknowledged his poor quality work, on my late father's classic rig, he said its because of the deal he gave me that the paint looks poorly. I would never suggest taking a classic car or a car you care about there. Ask around first.

My daughter wrecked her beloved cobalt. Everyone said it couldn't be fixed. And Kevin at Simon's said he can fox anything ! And he did. And our car is more beautiful than ever ! My daughter is thrilled. He did a beautiful job and was so economical and reasonable with his prices. I will never take my car anywhere else ! I 10- star recommend this shop. Wonderful people and incredible work ?

I can't rate at a - star so I have to pick one. When Simon owned the shop it was amazing. Kevin, the new owner is a piece of garbage! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HIM! My son has a baby on the way, this man took my sons truck and SUV (both ran great, just not economical on gas) and traded him a VOLVO.... less than a week later the VOLVO DOES NOT WORK!!!! Seriously, what a l**** to do this to someone, he also won't answer calls and his wife told my son to f*** off. We will be seeing him in court! ABSOLUTE TRASH to deal with. He's ran Simon's into the ground! Prepare for a legal battle Kevin, what you did was morally wrong!

I'm the guy in town with the pink el camino. Took it to Kevin owner of the shop and 1st off he has no crew. Ordered 72 el Camino hinges for my 80 and he seemed to be mystified why the were wrong. Cut wires after I helped him take off my door as well as replaced. Totally not a customers job. All in all this guy sucks. Please when you see me riding in town I can show you the damaged he caused and ps I cant roll my windows up now due to all his unprofessional wire cutting. His problem is he takes on to many jobs for his own good. Talks a good game but works like sjit. Totally unprofessional business which boggles how they stay open with a one man band crew.

Simon is alright if he is doing the work, but he's half way retired and keeps hiring and cycling through slobs who call themselves "professional" PPG...blah blah blah and they do sh_tty work on customer-vehicles.
