Layne was very helpful in getting all the parts necessary for my reverse shackle super duty spring conversion. The parts are high quality and make a huge difference in the ride and appearance. Highly recommended!

Parts are legit. Customer service is non existent.
Asked a shipping question about an order I had placed and I got a non-answer back after the part had already shipped. Also parts came with no instructions or torqued specs and I still haven’t heard back so I just figured it out. And don’t even bother trying to call, you’ll just get routed to an answering service .
That being said, the parts are very high quality. CNC work is clean and welds look great. Threads in the crossover steering arm could have been a little cleaner but not a deal breaker by any means.
Still not sure if I’ll buy anything else from them or not at this point. I’d think I’d rather have BAD customer service than NO customer service.

Be careful what you purchase! Shows one product and sends a something different. Expect you to know the difference period and the prices for what you really need

Mis-labeled parts, and poor service. I purchased a front and rear kit for an OBS bronco-1993. The rear kit is only for f-250/350 axle swap, the rear kit works. Contacted customer service and they admitted it was marked wrong and have not reached a conclusion. It appears wasted $100 with this company, I ended up just going to Amazon to find the correct u-joint. I'm trying to support small business, it appears they don't want return business.

I've bought a lot stuff for my obs ford from here and they are great. From parts being top notch, to customer support (even support as a non-customer). Sky's is great. Deserves more than 5 stars.

Before making ANY purchase.. Make sure to get an exact ship date.. it took them two months to get me my front spring hanger... website didn’t say “out of stock!” Had I known that I would have gone somewhere else....
