I’ve seen multiple providers at Springfield Family Physicians and have always had excellent experiences. Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Jason Keister was the complete opposite.
During my appointment on August 16, 2024, he told me that I had a “small heart attack,” but that it was “very small” and not to worry. He then sent a cardiology referral based on that statement. Later, when I reviewed my medical chart, I found three question marks (???) next to my diagnosis with no explanation.
When I requested a correction to my record and asked him to clarify what he meant, he suddenly changed the story. He denied ever mentioning a heart attack and replaced the question marks with “TIA,” which has nothing to do with cardiology or the reason for the referral. This did not reflect what was actually communicated to me and only created more confusion.
I’ve had nothing but great experiences with other doctors in this clinic, so this was shocking and disappointing. In my personal experience, Dr. Keister was careless, contradictory, and dismissive, and I would not recommend him to anyone who needs clear communication or accurate documentation.
I hope this review helps others make informed decisions about their care.

Wow spent 20 minutes on hold. Then was told since I haven’t been seen since 2021 I am now a new patient. Can’t see my existing provider which I have history with. Takes a week for a person to call me back as a new patient. I have had services from this clinic for years and the have my records. NOT A NEW PATIENT. I feel like I am being punished because I do t go in for every sniffle. In the end I will get a call within 2-3 days to set up as a new patient. Why don’t they let one about the policy. A reminder email or postcard to say “Hey, you will loose your status if you do not make an appointment.” Would be great and I would not have felt out when I actually needed help.

Had Erica Wilson review an ultra sound with a viewpoint that was given 3 hrs before the results were even viewable which is a form of malpractice. She pushed her perspective without even viewing the lab results. Malpractice. This was a 5 star performing medical organization before the mysterious and suspect of foul play death of my Dr., in my
Opinion who was the founder back in the 1970's I believe, Dr. John White. I haven't had adequate or even average level medical service provided to me from a primary care physician since June of 2019 when he died mysteriously. Jordan Moon and Erica Wilson forcibly
And aggressively ended my care against my wishes. Erica had a history of taking my meds away that were prescribed by the great John White. She hurt me tremendously with her mal practice. Jordan Moon seems to cover for her no matter what which is a breach of Hippocratic oath.

It's pretty sad when you have to tell them how to do their jobs!! Was in there just today with an ear or sinus infection and they said nothing was wrong with me. Im not going to just go in there for no reason unless have to. I think it might be time for me to find another place. This has been happening for over 4 yrs. I'm over it!!

I shouldn't even give this place a 1 star, people here like to lie to you. I get dumped right before needing surgery. Bellinger seems like she too tired all the time. She always was yawning when I did see her and now because of what she did I'm going to complain to the medical board. Medical professional are supposed to put labels on people but she didn't care one ioda. She acted like it was a real strain on her to help me. She needs to get some sleep, maybe then she might be more pleasant to be around. Don't go to her, one little infrastion and you're gone.

I love my doctor Emily Reeder! She has been the most caring, educated, all around best Primary Care Physician I’ve ever had. She is beyond helpful with my health concerns. As well, the staff are extra friendly and the facility is quaint. I highly recommend Northwest Medical Homes for all your healthcare needs!

I’ve been a patient at this clinic since 2017, back when it was still Springfield Family Physicians. Unfortunately, since its transition to NW Medical Homes, the quality of care has deteriorated drastically. The staff has become increasingly disorganized, inattentive, and at times outright unprofessional. Communication is poor, appointments are often delayed or mishandled, and follow-through on care feels inconsistent at best. My recent experiences have been frustrating, impersonal, and frankly unacceptable. I can no longer recommend this clinic in good conscience and strongly advise others to seek care from more reliable, respectful, and competent providers.

I've been going to the Centennial clinic for over ten years now and I have nothing but good things to say.
First off I love my doctor Dr. Hannah Shaw, she is nice, professional and actually listens to what you're saying, that is rare for doctors these days unfortunately. Also she will take you seriously and have a conversation with you about your issues, medication and is not judgmental in any way, I am very happy with her.
Second are the nurses or more specific my doctors nurse( can't remember her name) she is polite, effective and knowledgeable, before you know it she's done.
Thirdly is pretty much everytime I show up early i get called back early, everytime.
The reviews I've read this far are saying things like the staff is rude and unprofessional, this is not true, in fact they have been nothing but pleasant, professional and quick to help whenever or whatever the issue may be, I have yet to have anything negative to say about that office and would recommend them to anyone looking to find a good doctor.
This review is specifically about the Centennial office.

Great doctors. Never had a problem getting an appointment. Love if you're not feeling good you can call in early and get a same-day appointment. And they're open on Saturdays.

Not a fan anymore. I absolutely loved my old Dr. Who left the practice. I got assigned to Dr. Guzman. She was very short and just stared at me while I was explaining things instead of having a conversation with me. Came in for an exam, but she didn't examine anything. She didn't even touch me, didn't listen to my lungs or heart, didn't feel around on my stomach, nothing. I recently crashed on my electric scooter and I have a lump in the groin area, she barely felt it and couldn't say what it was, just told me to watch it for a couple weeks. She was not very welcoming or supportive of things that I was telling her. After I get my BC out of my arm, I probably won't return here. Pretty disappointed. Been coming here for at least 10 yrs.

In the beginning I was assigned to a physician assistant. Up until recently there was a misunderstanding on medication. When I went to reschedule my appointment, I find out that I was no longer a patient. They dropped me like a hot potato just like that! Left out in the cold with no way to renew prescriptions.
I feel that the clinic did it out of spite, knowingly that most doctors are not taking on new patients and haven’t found any that will for some time.
Update: 5/15/25. I’m still waiting to hear back from clinic management!
It’s been over 3 months.

I am surprised to hear of anyone having difficult experiences here. All of mine have been positive, and way more help than many other medical environments that I have had the very unfortunate experience of having to navigate. I feel very fortunate to have Libby on my care team; because she really cares, she listens, answers all of my questions, and keeps it real. Also, everyone else that I have interacted with there, have shown the same amount of care and compassion. I wish there were more people like them in our medical community. I hear so many horror stories from others, and know that I am well taken care of here. Thank you for being there for us on the frontlines of an occupation that has so many challenges in such a quickly growing county. I couldn't do it, and I am grateful to those who endure the stress to help us.

Recently went in to get a PCP established and was dealing with my hay fever but Guzman didn’t even examine me to find out. And Saw Laura Moore yesterday and she even said she was going to look in my throat for any infection and didn’t even look at the end. So surprised this practice is all about malpractice. Going to look into a different PCP because I doubt my hay fever will be better and waste my time with another malpractice appointment. Schedulers are very nice and get you in the next day. There’s that. But did have a hard time setting up Healow app, and talking to someone who could schedule me as a new patient. It took two weeks of phone tag. Just super displeased about this practice. Actually check your patients!!

My wife and I are elderly and have been patients here for over ten years. I can honestly say that this clinic and the staff are absolutely top notch and the best care givers we have ever experienced. I have referred friends to this clinic and they same the same thing. I don't mind if a staff member is direct now and again but I don't ever remember any of them purposely being rude, disinterested, or curt. We really don't understand why so many reviewers choose to complain but that is far from from any experience we or any of our friends have had. Our personal physician, Dr Stover, is a marvelous doctor and we love the concern and care she gives us--we love her. And her staff are always supportive and caring. That's the clinic we know. Those are the people we know. We are grateful beyond words for all of them and the service and care they provide on our behalf.
