I have stored my trailer here for over 2 years they are great never had a single issue with this company always polite and when I bought a bigger trailer she was very quick to get me a new spot to accommodate our upgrade will use again in the future.

This is the first time we are storing our travel trailer. We chose Springfield RV Storage because it looks secure and well maintained. Alexandria made the rental process fast and easy. She was very professional and courteous. We are glad we got a spot.

This place is an absolute joke. I would not recommend them to anyone. We called in advance asking if they had space for our RV. They did, but due to our trailer being older than 10 years they needed to see it first. Fine no big deal. We take it down there and within minutes the lady says “I will not take it looking like that.” My husband was shocked. He says okay if I go wash it will it be okay? She says “I’ll have to see it again.” Mind you it’s December. We come home 35 degrees out, scrub and pressure wash our trailer. Our trailer is old, but it’s not a junk trailer at all. Take it back. And she says “no I won’t take it. The owner wouldn’t say yes.” We ask if there’s a way to contact the owner ourselves. No... okay so we try calling the Eugene location thinking maybe this lady is just having a bad day. While nicely explaining what had happened the lady at the Eugene store interrupts and says “I’ll stop you there, I won’t make an exception either.” And hung up on us. We were never rude or anything. I took pics of our trailer if they will attach to show that our trailer isn’t a bad trailer. No where on their website does it say no trailers over a certain age. It just states they need to see it first. I could understand if our trailer was a pile of junk and falling apart, but it’s not. They also should’ve said when we called the first time that it needed to be washed first. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, and I am glad I wasn’t able to give them my business anyway. I would give 0 stars but it requires me to put one.
