Storage was fine, but charged us for an extra month after we asked to terminate. The contract requires notification in writing a month in advance, so technically legal, but shady that they didn't say anything about this when we notified verbally, and then refused to refund.

Cant believe how great doing business with this company was. Called from my home in another city to get a storage unit for someone there in Springfield. They were transparent with the services they offered and prices. Required no extra fees for long distance business like the 2 I called previously. Friendly, efficient with reasonable rates. What more could anybody ask for?

Robert Dixon is just amazing. My experience with him was out of this world. It doesn't get any better than this. His is friendly, inviting, and just a pleasure to do business with. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and patient when we in the middle of an overwhelming move. The facility itself is very clean and feels secure, and there was even an after hrs contact person to call if we needed assistance. I've stored at other facilities before, and this one is hands down the cleanest, had a good promo deal, and I feel my possessions are in a safe location.

I walked in and from the very first encounter, Robert was an excellent help. He explained everything from the pricing to the sizes and was awesome enough to offer some added accessories in case I needed boxes or a lock. I would highly recommend this storage facility.
