You have to pass a background check to rent a unit here. There's no food or drink allowed inside the fenced area and pets and children must remain in the vehicle. In order for you anyone to accompany you to your unit to help load or unload items or boxes they also must pass a background check. I felt like some of the questions I was asked when I rented the unit were inappropriate and none of their business completely unrelated to renting a unit. The space to drive between the rows of units is very narrow so you're basically forced to park right up against the building front, blocking the door of the unit next to your own.

The company cleaned and resurfaced the parking lot. Unfortunately the dirt was blown into a few units. The company was quick to help me clean it up. Thanks Stor-all!

It's okay looking but I think everybody is way too high and their how they charge for the story I mean it's only storage there don't live there.

If u like spiders and bugs in storage units. Choose this place. They’ve touted that they spray for bugs. NOPE. The manager is lazy and isn’t organized at all. Surprised she keeps payments in order. I do not do this often, but This gives me great pleasure to give this place my honest review.

In the first month, I was accused of trespassing, accused of dumping belongings that were not mine, and flat out deceived by a business that is incapable of trusting its customers. Never again - and I hope you don't either.

Excellent security, unbeatable rates, friendly staff, office/gate hours accommodate everybody's different schedules. Have left and came back several times and would recommend this storage facility to anybody. ðŸ‘ðŸ‘

Stopped in there today to rent a unit after speaking to a lady in the office. She was extremely rude as I walked through the door. As soon as she saw my son with me I was informed children are not allowed on the property outside of the car. Poor business model. I went across the street, got a nicer unit for less money, with especially friendly staff.

It is a VERY secure place to store ur items. But it is less convenient because they close pretty early. They want everyone out 1/2 hr before google says they close so they can lock it up. Some days that can mean as early as 3:30pm if it says they close at 4.

Super safe, the management is great and knows how to run the place. The complainers on here are rule breakers (I've seen them in action) and likely caused problems, for months; you should get treated how you treat others in return sometimes. Breaking rules will get you kicked out of, well, anywhere. I appreciate the attention to detail and watchful eye. I've seen people leave these things like pig pens, even smoking and eating in them or on the property - current management keeps them out of this place as best they can. Not all people are clean, or aware of themselves. This is one of the best places for the prices around town!

The woman who runs this place is so inconsiderate and rude. We were cleaning out a unit and she kept circling around monitoring us and being a General. Super unprofessional. No compassion.
