Creating traffic hazards daily. Brand new blue F150 out front, learn to drive. People want to get to work in one piece, and driving like an asshole to your job is a good way to lose business, among other things.

I felt the customer service was top notch and the paint matching they did on my vehicle to the factory color was excellent!

Straight Line RV helped me when my neighbors tree clobbered my travel trailer during an ice storm. I was so worried about damage/leaks to the roof. They worked fast to get the trailer into the shop and protect it from further damage from any leaks. They communicated clearly on the timeline, gave me timely updates on the progress, and completed the work faster than I expected. When they were done, the roof looked like new. Great attention to detail in sealing everything up. They had cleaned everything (even the parts that were not damaged) had my travel trailer looked better than it had in years. Very professional experience.

During the estimate process I was told that my motorhome would be repaired with new parts, because the old parts could not be repaired. I was told that repairing the old parts would not result in a good quality repair. Then later, when they had my motorhome, I was told that the old parts were being repaired. I asked for an explanation but didn’t get one. This caused me to be concerned about quality, so I asked M if they warranty their work. M replied, “we are not going to fix it if you run into something.” OK, so I did not want to argue but that is not what warranty means. Based upon my conversation with M, this appears to be a shop that does not stand behind their work. Also I felt demeaned by M’s remark, which seemed rude to me.M scheduled an appointment to bring it in on October 16th. 2 days later she called me, and said I needed to change my appointment because someone was going to be on vacation. I was thinking, you did not know 2 days ago that someone was going to be on vacation? So my appointment was changed to Oct 23. On this date I was told it would be done “in 2 or 3 weeks.” This would be Nov 13 max. She said she was sorry it would take this long, but it was because parts had not yet been ordered. However no parts were ever ordered. On November 7 M called me, and I asked her how much longer. She promised it would be done “by the end of next week.” This would be Nov 17th max. I did not hear from them, so I called them on Nov 20th. M said it would be done “today or tomorrow.” They did not call me on Tuesday Nov 21, so at the end of the day I called them. M said she meant to call me earlier. She said it was finished. She knows that I live 1.5 hours away, and that I have to return a rental and wait for a ride, during the busiest travel time of the year. But she “meant” to call me earlier. So I was able to pick up my motorhome on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. Too late to go home to Florence, load the motorhome, and then make it to my destination for Thanksgiving. They kept my motorhome 5 weeks for a minor repair, and caused me to miss Thanksgiving. When I got home I discovered that the quality of the repair is completely unacceptable. This ordeal is not over yet. I hope that they are not going to steal from me another 5 weeks of my life.

This place and these guys are the absolute best!!! We had a freak accident with our boat trailer coming through Springfield and had the tow truck bring our boat trailer to Straight Line. It was a Sunday and Tony just happened to be at the shop. He let us bring the boat in the yard and let us stay in the yard in our motorhome! He gave us a truck the next morning to go get parts so my husband could fix the trailer. His guys helped us out and lent tools. When repairs were done and we were ready to roll, he refused to take any money from us. You do not meet people like this EVER!! Tony and his crew are pretty incredible. If you need any motorhome or boat work done, please call Straight Line first. You will not be disappointed.Service: Boat trailer service

Contacted them about collision repair on my Safari Trek-after seeing a video of their presentation at a Safari rally. From the onset, virtually sluggish response. Finally called-got referred to Erica-never spome to her and she never returned my call. She did finally respond via email and created an estimate. The estimate was almost 5 times what insurance estimated. So I asked her to supplement their estimate-and sent her the insurance photos and documentation. 2 weeks later-still no response. Get the distinct impression that they consider this too small to estimate(insurance was a little less than $5000) Customer service is obviously a challenge for this company. And I really do not appreciate the complete kack of communication and the outrageous estimate amount. Steer clear of these guys is my advice...

Unfortunate boat incident when I was letting my 8 year old pull away from the dock. Straight line got me in a couple days after. The repairs took longer than we all thought. But that was just waiting for parts and gel coat. They communicated well. The work is beyond amazing. The pictures say it all. I hope I don’t have any of boat mishaps. If I do I know where to go. Thank you so much!

I met the owner Tony at an RV rally in WY He saw the damage to my RV where I had hit rock. He ask if he could write me an estimate for the damage. About 2months later I called to make an appointment. I was suprised to hear the lady on the phone talk to me as though she was looking at my coach. I drove from central CA to central OR and could not be more pleased with the work and the employees. They gave me the opportunity to stay in my RV ( I full time in it) so I didn't have to go to a motel. The work is first class and exacting in all they do, they even finished when they said they would. If I ever need body on my coach I'll be back.Service: Body & Trim
