Management needs to get on top of the amount of people waiting on Pokémon cards on Wednesdays. They need to have them either behind the customer service counter or not sell them at all. Stocker needs to change his stock day too because he looked worried with all the people that were frenzying.

The past few times I've actually dared go inside the store there's plenty of employees clogging up most aisles. Sadly, none of them seem to be register trained because there is only ever one register open. If you're only going to have 1 cashier open, you could at least have self checkout open so those of us capable of handling our checkout ourselves can gtfo.
Also, some bagging training needs to be done with the drive up order shoppers. They have WAYYYY too much faith in the strength of their bags.

Refused to do a refund on an item we bought on drive up unless we drove all the way back. The guy who we talked to was rude. We also previously grabbed a few items that were in a shelf that said $1 and all the same items were in same shelf and all the tags along the row said $1. Went to buy and i rang up and it came up as $5. When i called over an employee they were snooty and argued with me saying obviously i didnt look correctly. I know from now on my family and extended family will no longer shop from there. The customer service sucks big time!

I had purchased an HDMI cable. The receipt was completely illegible. I asked about getting another one printed up. No one was able to help me with it. It was terrible customer service not to mention it is not legal to not provide a receipt.

Even begin to fathom how the line in the store gets as long as it does and how it consistently seems to be this way. Also if you are a personal shopper or delivery driver be aware that this location makes you go stand in line at customer service in order to check out with items that have already been paid for, and there is an even longer slower line over there....

My go to department store. Employees always helpful. Nice that there's a small grocery to grab most used items.
