Because of the beginning of Covid times, businesses suffered. Since then, she's opened a new small , tiny business a block or so away. I do love the hair cuts she has been giving me, through the years, the coloring was decent enough...most of the time. Recently, this last time, I didn't care for the color to technically " match my roots " this time. I didn't care for her persnickety come back "put on some blush , mascara and lipstick to make it fit better and let your eyes adjust". **mind blown**. Nope. Not cool. Last time I give you any money for you to tell me to change my face to match my hair.

If you are looking for a color master or a hair cutting magician this is the place. The owner Kelly is the most amazing hairdresser I’ve ever had and I’m picky AF!!! I always walk out feeling like a million bucks. I can’t say enough good things about this woman and her talent. Truly the best in the industry. I can honestly say I have never ever been disappointed and I’m the chameleon of hairdos. She’s my hair whisperer.

Literally the strangest experience I've had and I didn't even have a consult with her. She was highly recommended so I tried calling to set up an appointment - you can't talk to anyone her answering service says just send a text. Ok so I sent a text saying I wanted a consultation for coloring, what I wanted and if she had the products I would need to get that done. She said She wouldn't color my hair if I used Color Fix or an at-home permanent color remover due to liability - I get that no worries so I asked do you have the ability to do that for me, so we can move onto bleaching from a neutral point and not take 8 months to do it - her reply was - our conversation sent her into an anxiety attack and therefore she wasn't into working with me. WTF?! This is your JOB and these are basic questions. So glad I dodged a bullet by NOT trusting this nut-job with my hair.

I've had Kelly at The Dollhouse Salon work on my hair three times now and each time the experience was fun, relaxing, and her technique and skill were fabulous. She did wonders to turn my flat haircut and horrible home die job into a gorgeous asymmetrical shoulder length cut with the most beautiful brown with gold undertones. I usually bring a bottle of wine and we have a good time. It's not just the cut and color, it's the experience. She delivers.

Kelly did an incredible job on my hair! I haven't gone short in a long time so I was super nervous but she rocked it! Prices are fair and I really felt like she was focused on giving me a good hair do, not just getting me out the door. She even showed me how to style it which is so crucial!!
