Compared to what this once was: It has turned into a sad and classless side show of a car wash. Trying to attract attention with shitty signage, and ugly cheap infrastructure. This used to be the car wash of Thurston community. Now it's just a cheap HUSTLE.

I was seeing my car get to a point it needed a good cleaning. This car wash is absolutely about community. They are the real ones. (iykyk). Super positive crew who all are hard workers.
Thank you guys for your commitment to the community. Fair price too. Go get a wash there soon. They'll make your day with their positive environment.
It is right by any store too so a nice fun way to get away in the car wash after grocery shopping to clear the mind. Take a breath and go get your car washed from these guys. They will take good care of your sweet baby and make her shine!

They got remodeled which looks really cool. However, when I pulled out I still had soap dripping down the back of my car. Better than the issues before where I'd still have bugs on my car.

Red flag red flag red flag 5/1/25 customers be aware of this business practice.
So I took my truck into the car wash in Thurston like I’ve done every time. I’ve gone there for the last 15 years while I was getting out my coupon that I purchased for five car washes one of the other employees was at my passenger side, taking the antenna off my truck with a wrench, a crescent wrench to be exact, and in this process, scratch the paint on my truck.
I’ve got 25,000 miles on this truck and this is the second time that this car wash has done this each time scratching the paint.
I had it repaired the first time myself. This second time was too much.
while I was giving my information of how they could contact me to settle the issue. The manager on duty start telling me that they’ve got signs that they’re not responsible for damage. Scratches to a vehicle and then start asking me what year my truck was.
This all just ticked me off because he was already trying to get out of the responsibility of paying for the damage that his employee intentionally inflicted on the paint job of my truck, and when I got irritated and raised my voice and started telling them that that’s bullshit they’re not going to use that as an excuse to not pay for the damages. At that point I assume the manager felt that was a bit too verbally hostile and asked me to leave after I threatened to sue them because obviously they’re dishonest in their responsibilities. they told me to leave the business. I told him fine. You just lost a customer during this process. I found out that the old car wash was sold and they have a new owner, and I don’t know if he considers his employees trustworthy to operate his business and the responsibilities of the business in this form, but he did lose a customer. i’m almost 70 years old and the way that they talk to me and treated me was just ridiculous but I guess this is what is going on in our society today. Nobody wants to take responsibility for their own actions.

From $13 to $18 is a pretty big jump. At least upgrade your equipment if we are going to be paying this much. Sad that this place has gone down hill.

I want to give this place a better review. I’ve been taking my cars here for years and have been happy with the service and price. I just went back after about a month and the price for the Ceramic Wash went from $13 to $18. That’s wayyy too high of a price increase. Please reevaluate your pricing or I likely won’t be returning

I have had nothing less than positive experiences when using this car wash. All associates that I have had any experience with, have been polite and courteous. I appreciate good customer service and the wash I get for my car, is quick and looks so nice afterwards. Thank you to all!

Very run down. Went thru the wash and did not get my car completely clean. The back was still dirty. Tried using the vacuums and one had no suction and when I told the people working there they did give me my money back, which was a plus. When I tried another vacuum, the hose broke as I was using it, making it unusable. I just had enough and left without talking to them again.

They never fail to disappoint me in both of their service and poor end results! Both the owner and his elderly son are extremely rude mannered and have witnessed them yelling at their customers. After pointing out that the top of my car was still very noticeabley dirty after getting the ceramic wash, the owners son looked annoyed and refused to correct it. His answer was, go somewhere else instead. Okay then, I will!
