I go into this store quite often but today felt special.
I asked Kayla for one item and she ended up showing me quite a few, and all were up my alley. I love makeup that sparkles and she knew exactly what to show me. Kayla is nothing short of a gem. She was respectful, her energy was so incredibly bright, and warm.
I didn’t come in with the intention to buy an eyeshadow pallet but I ended up doing so, because she knew exactly what I was looking for. You go girl!

Yes you can have a hair appointment at Ulta. I went to Courtney and she listens and has a great chair side manor. She knows what she is doing and I am very happy with my haircut. I am definitely going back.

What a great experience walking into ulta!! U get a lot of help from the fun employees working here!! We talked and laughed while they helped me look for exactly what I needed in my price range!! They have i dont know what they're called maybe beauty stations where u can sit and they try different brands and types of makeups and color that match your skin type and tone!! It was great!! They have so many brands and for so many skin types!! ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! THANK U LADIES YOU ARE ALL FANTASTIC. I WAS BEAMUNG AND FELT SO GOOD WHEN I LEFT YOUR STIRE!!

I've had numerous good experiences at Ulta in Gateway (Springfield, OR) but I can't remember the names of the associates who helped me in the past. Yesterday, beautiful Lithium found the eye brow powder, appropriate brush, and silky stick eye shadow I needed. She is so pleasant, determined to help without being high pressure-- a lovely, graceful person. Thank you, Lithium. (And yes, that is her name, courtesy of her dad.)

We walked in and there are no prices on their merchandise. We aren't going to walk all through the store to find an employee who can tell us the prices. Nor will we stand in lane for 10 minutes just to get a price. Online it says they do that to get customers to engage with staff. To hell with that. We were prepped to spend spend several hundred dollars. Nope, we will never go back.
