I’ve been doing business with the UPS Store Springfield for over 15 years, and they’ve been consistently fantastic! No job is too big or too small—they’ve helped me with everything from shipping and printing to notary services and custom packaging. The service is always fast, professional, and friendly.
Jessica, the owner, is a true gem. She’s not only incredibly positive and helpful, but she genuinely cares about the local community. She goes out of her way to support other local businesses in Eugene, Springfield, and beyond, and she’s built a store that reflects that same generosity and care.
If you need shipping, printing, shredding, or even just solid advice on how to get something done right—go to UPS Store Springfield. You won’t find better service anywhere else!

The Staff at UPS on pioneer parkway is amazing!!
