Horrible experience. The ATM did not dispense a $240.00 withdrawal. I have a picture of the screen saying the cash was not dispensed and would be held in the ATM. The money was taken out of my account and not replaced. The people in the US Bank told me that they don't own the ATM machines and that they could not tell me who to contact to get my money back. They said that there is NOTHING THEY CAN DO. US Bank Stole $240.00 from me and they won't do anything about it.

In my opinion this is hands down the best Branch in town. I surely hope the tellers from Coburg road never come here. I would close my account.
The building is always cool, clean, and the plants are taken care of. Staff every time has been great. The atms have never seemed to broken or not working and the hours are good.
They have full meeting areas, safety deposit box stuff. Some of the more detailed account and binds and thing you have to set and appt. but that makes since.

I’ve had pretty good experience here. Only one Karen type that’s insufferable and I just avoid her.
Everyone else is great, location is clean, and I don’t get any guff doing business with them.

These banks definitely don't need to be in operation I've been told several times as a person who is disabled no bank has the right to refuse you a way to get your money off of your card they've done so against federal law I've also encountered the problem they are now refusing people to be able to put or transfer money to there bank cards we do not have to be members of your bank to do so it's federal law your to allow us to be able to do this

The employees here need to take an IQ and cognitive test please and thank you. Until then, please hire only those who are able to do the job in a somewhat timely or at least lucid manner.

The ATM claims to charge a $3.00 fee yet fails to notify you that an additional $3.50 ATM fee (no explanation given) is also included, for a total ATM fee of $6.50. Seems somehow illegal to me. Will NEVER do business with them again!

We gave them the death certificate to take my son-in-law off of the checking 2/13/2023. Never took his name off, as a result the took a garnishment of $1600 in 4/2023. Never admitted their error, refused to put a stop payment on the garnishment check, even when the collection agency called and told them garnishment was sent to them in error. No customer service from the garnishment dept., whatsoever. DO NOT BANK WITH THEM.

I’ve never had a problem I’ve always had a 5 star experience until this last time when I went to make a deposit to someone else’s account, I counted the money about 5 times to make sure it was the right amount, there was a couple $100 dollar bills that where extremely new and crispy so they stuck together as one a couple times when I counted(which is why I counted so many times) I got to the drive up window to not only have a not so friendly experience but also for her to tell me I was $100 dollars short.... I gave them an extra $100 because I didn’t have time to argue had to get back to work, I then called them to explain and the person on the phone was lovely and said they would find out when the teller closed till and I never ever got a call back, I wish they took these things more seriously and had a supervisor watch the teller close till to give me re assurance. But point is I can make a fair accusation that they stole $100 dollars from me. And I know the machine isn’t accurate because I’ve read about an atm giving people more money because bills stuck together. What a shame that I never received a call back.
