I’ve had horrid customer service from the blonde lady in the past and reported it. Clearly my complaint fell on deaf ears. I just watched a customer come into an employee-less lobby, stand there wondering where the workers are, only to see the very same blonde lady slowly wander out while texting on her cell phone not even looking up to see the patiently waiting customer.
The rest of the folks working there are kind and informative.

What was the point of having the large post boxes installed in my neighborhood if you are just gunna put my package on my porch where it gets stolen? I know for a fact the large package boxes are empty but was it just to hard to put the package in there and put the key into my mailbox?

The USPS drivers in my neighborhood drive like absolute lunatics. They're going well over the speed limits, with children around. On there phones. They do crazy U-turns in intersections. One even hit my neighbors cars and drove off like nothing happened. When confronted by said neighbor he had a prove-it-to-me attitude. Seems like there is zero accountability or enforcement. Why should any of us follow traffic laws if a federal entity can't even try to....

They went above and beyond to help me today. My mail box was taken down at my apartment complex and due to be replaced. Meanwhile I was waiting for very important tax documents. When I went in they not only listen to my concerns about where my mail would be delivered but they even sent a carrier to my front door with those very important documents as soon as they came in. Thanks again for your help.

Just dropped off my Christmas gifts for shipping. I was super confused about what kind of packaging I should use. They were able to help me figure it out and get my gifts sent out without me over paying. I really appreciate the help.

If there's an office in the area doing their level best with the small staff they have available, it's this one. The last two weeks of trying to track down my passport through an address change have been an absolute nightmare, and if it wasn't for these general staff and their leadership going *well* out of their way to help me with tracking it down and calling other post offices for me to save me gas, I might not have been able to attend my sister's wedding; we were crying thinking I wouldn't get to go, but because of y'all, I can. An especially loud shout out to the kind gentleman with the pristinely manicured curls -- sir, you were the biggest, brightest star in all of it. Thankyouthankyouthankyou!

Im baffled, I had to first hand experience the rudeness of Jenn the front desk worker, who is also stated in a bad review. Came in to see if she could help me with a package I was wondering about because I changed my address, was VERY RUDE! Like I almost lost it. Kept dismissing me, after that I tried to show her the email I received saying what happened. She then stated, “I don’t look at your phone, you ask questions and I just answer them.” Umm the question is in my messages! So there you go. If I was treated this way for my first experience here. I would never suggest anyone to deal with this branch! You guys need to get rid of her, because that’s how you’re being represented.

I've been waiting for new keys two weeks. They said they would call.
I don't drive to get my mail from the PO I figure they are holding my mail but there's no way to speak to anyone

The white lady had a bad attitude.
I was telling her about a larger priority box.
The man who helped me said it’s discontinued.
Asked the lady when was it discontinued since the person that helped me left the room.
Also explained to her that I sent something in the box like a month or two ago.
She said anyways I responded back your attitude.
Her and the other lady who is her coworker started laughing.
Very unprofessional.
The man was professional and he was helpful once he returned to the lobby.
To be honest they need to terminate the blonde haired woman.

The white lady that works here is one of the most unprofessional, rude people I have ever met. It feels like whenever I come her, she had a dream about me in which I did a great wrong to her.
