They trash my packages, they bend my vinyl, they leave BS sorry we missed you slips when my wife and I are both at home on a day off and god forbid you attempt to schedule a redelivery (because you can’t) and then try and get in there between 11-4. They don’t take ownership for any damages inflicted, they don’t offer any apologies, they don’t offer any compensation, they’re a joke to get ahold of, they consistently use the blanket excuse of “your driveway was blocked so we weren’t able to make your delivery” which is a blatant lie since that literally would mean a main roadway was blocked, and the three times I have gone in two get a package, only two of those times have they actually had them.

We’ve lived at our address for 4 months now and I’ve received all my mail up until about 2 weeks ago where they decided my name was no longer good at this address and quit delivering my mail. Now I’m missing many postage’s and some paychecks. they seem very incompetent. Also, WHAT ARE THESE HOURS? Will be going in person to hopefully sort but after reading these reviews… is there any hope?

This post office is terrible at their jobs, I’ve been trying to get my packages all week but they said it was “undeliverable” because it was “vacant even tho we did our change of address and filled out the form to let them know who is living at the address. I finally got a call back from one of them saying my packages would be delivered today and they still didn’t deliver them or any of our mail.

You can only drop off pre paid packages and mail here, but this has better hours than most other full post offices, and the staff are really friendly. I don't understand people posting random complaints about their mail delivery to this post office location.

Whomever is working there refuses to pick up the phine. You can hear half the time they just disconnect. Doesn't even make it to the message at the end every time. When I go in there they're not very busy so somebody's just sitting there hanging up every time I called. Called 10 times in 1 hour with no response. March 17 2025 starting at 3:00 pm approximately.

What Post Office opens at 11?! Oh, the one who's delivery drivers DON'T drop packages at your home, or in your mail box. They then want you to come get them between 11 and 4! You know when everyone else is working! Insanity!

i went out to get my mail from my mailbox and the mail delivery person had left my mailbox unlocked. all of my mail was stolen, which included $100 worth of clothing that i needed for work. the seller refused to give my money back. so due to the drivers negligence and carelessness i am out $100 and have no work clothes.

Got a notification that the mailbox was full so they couldn't put the package in. The mailbox had 1 envelope inside and when I went to the building to get my package they had lost it and couldn't find my package.

Customers need to know what a DCU is before they come here with any expectations of service. If you need anything that requires a show of ID (like an in-person change of address) or other standard retail service, this location can't provide it, even if you're in the area they directly service.
The place hits like a tiny mail prison. Parking is absolutely absurd with no plain signage to tell folks where to go. In fact, just yesterday when I was in there, a new customer to the location walked into the building on the staff side because it was so confusing, and because I reflected the better manners and professionalism, she genuinely thought I was the staff in spite of my attire.
Carriers don't care about privacy and deliver mail fully opened in unsecured mailboxes when we live in an area prone to mail and package theft.
Understaffed and undertrained, this location is easily the biggest headache in the area. I'm strongly considering organizing community action about this location to demand better.

There no accountability with these criminals. An item was delivered by the usps office in Thurston area. The package was unopened but because of garbage service from the usps it had some corner open or something. I would accuse usps of opening it and checking the contents but I can't prove it and idk if anything is missing because I haven't opened the package or know what was sent.
I took the package in to Thurston office to have it returned to sender. The elderly woman there tried telling me I opened it. I assured her I did no such thing and to return it to sender. She said ok and that she will. The lazy C sent it back to my address with this note attached.
I'm livid. Been dealing with these idiots for years now, something happened 3 years ago and all the employees with brains left.
Please fire this idiotic old lady who is to lazy to do her job. Clearly these people are getting paid to much and now feel entitled to do as they may.
This is what happens when you subsidize an industry with tax payer money. Zero accountability. I hope the usps office downtown has a shred of integrity left.
What would I gain from having a package sent back to a company who sent it? Especially when the company that sent it did so in exchange for fraudulently using my card! I have no problem paying for a shipping label if I was shipping something I opened. I've done it a few times with Amazon. It doesn't cost an arm and a leg. Do your job or get a new one!

You guys are impossible to get ahold of. I have a package that was supposed to be delivered 4 days ago, I rescheduled it to be delivered yesterday and it never came. I have been calling for 2 days and can't get through to anyone

This used to be best post office, bar none. However, the good people have left! Been told they can't keep anyone on. If you look at that facility I am not at all surprised. They have not replaced any of yhe florescent lights in lobby or in working areas. Guessing they don't want to replace the balisters to allow for the new led lights.
But the end result is it is the most depressing place in the world to have to work!!!!!
Of course they can't people working there!
Gray cement walls, gray lighting... God awful!!!
Of course no one there will read this. However, it reminds me of the movie with Tom Hanks, Joe and the Volcano?
Sooooo depressing work place. And of course they don't del my packages that would fit in my mailbox.

Scary looking, is barely open and doesn’t even look like a post office.
