Geisol is amazing! I came in about a year ago to get my hair fixed after having a bad experience at another salon and she was able to get me in first thing the next day and save my hair, she's so sweet and I highly recommend visiting here!Services: Hairstyling

If I could give this Salon "0" stars, I would. DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON!!! Customer service skills are lacking and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF! Save your money and go to another Salon.

I've been a long time client of Anna's and had an appointment schedule for 1:00 today. She unfortunately had to cancel at the last minute today because she wasn't feeling well, and didn't want to l expose me to any possible cold or, goddess forbid, Covid. She told me that she immediately went and got a COVID test and after receiving her negative results she messaged me to reschedule my appointment for later this same week. This surprised me, as I didn't think I would hear back from her so soon! I am so grateful to have a stylist who is so responsible and honest with her clients! I've always felt so comfortable with Anna, she always delivers the look I'm going for, and during the pandemic she has kept on the ball w Covid safety. Looking forward to my next appointment with her and hope it's just allergies!

I scheduled a 2:00 appt for full makeup for my teen daughter, and makeup and a blowout for myself, a month ago. I sent Anna a text at 12:30 today to confirm the salon address. We sent a few messages back and forth, covid protocols, etc. At 1:12pm she texts me to cancel. I was literally getting into my car to head to the appointment. I tried to call the salon to see if they could get me in with someone else, no one answered. I texted Anna telling her how unprofessional this was. She then replied back that she had a covid exposure and was going in to get tested. Ok. So she's been working in a salon the last 9 days after a covid exposure? And suddenly feels ill on day 9, literally within an hour of my appointment? I'm not buying it. We have a magazine photo shoot scheduled, hence the need for good hair and makeup. I would strongly recommend you not book with Anna.

The owner Geisol burnt my scalp and burnt off a chunk of my hair. She even joked saying "You got bangs now lol" when I was about to start crying. She declined a refund and ignored all of my messages and told me to never contact her again. She shows no remorse, no apology or even acknowledgement of damage, no refund or even a discount. Avoid this place at all cost if you want to keep your hair.

After the old-school barber who cut my hair for many years retired, I really couldn't find anyone and was getting desperate. And then I found Sharon. Sharon has cut my hair for three years now, and she is flat out awesome. I have NEVER (as in not once) gotten a bad haircut from her. I like only the scissor cut, but I know she does clipper cuts and everything else. I always leave her chair feeling and looking better. Sharon is smart, witty and has a great sense of humor. Five Gold Stars for my wonderful hair stylist!
