I had an amazing experience after being with T-mobile for 19 years and never being helped as much as I was today. Everything was explained thoroughly and completely understandable. I want to give a 5 or better for my experience. I don't think I hit all the links. Please correct this and make all areas a 5 Please! Thank you

We went back in to get some technical help and buy screen protectors. We got the help we needed and the manager was able to give us an excellent deal on screen protectors, covers, and a charging accessory. I was very happy with the results.

My wife and I visited the Olympic store in Springfield and were greeted promptly and with smiles! Tamara listened as we explained our issues with our phone calling and texting. After a couple of trouble-shooting processes and a couple of tests, our problems were resolved. Well done! We appreciated that she actually listened to us describe our issue before jumping in with random fixes. We will visit again.

Two stars because they were super nice while they blocked us out of $400. Spent time driving 40 minutes multiple times to work with this store, because we liked the people so much. We initially only went into the store to see which version of the phone we wanted to buy online.The manager of the store helped us with everything.Transfered our service. Turned in our phones. Made sure we knew all the details to get the rebate. We ended up getting two new galaxys, and a watch. Got it all done well within their 10 day time-line, they stressed. With all this we were told we would get $400. Credit, visa, whatever I didn't ask I was just excited they would do this awesome rebate for a new customer. Especially giving up my old phoneS that I had paid in full for.So after some time passed I asked myself "where's this $400." I call. At first no one really have a straight answer. Later, they tell me it will take 2 months. So I wait....I go into the store a couple more times trying to find an answer. Only to be finally passed off and told that this credit ONLY applies if you do all this online....without the help of their employees!? I don't like, or understand that one at all.So not only do I not get the $400 but I'm out my two older galaxy phones. So far I'm happy with the services and no knock on the employees. I would like to believe they truly didn't know this would happen. But danggggggg Verizon. Seems like you dangled a carrot you weren't willing to share. I have whiplash and feel bamboozled. They have me writting a Karen review cause thats all I got at this point. And so it is.
