Dr. Daly saved my dogs life. She had a strange abdominal mass, she’s 12 and I was very worried about her going through the procedure. She did amazing and they kept me up to date on her progress throughout the day of the procedure. Dr. Daly called me several times throughout the experience and reassured me by answering all of my questions and making me feel comfortable with the whole thing having never met him in person due to Covid. She’ll be 13 this fall and I have him and the team at OVRA to thank for the good time I have left with her.

I HIGHLY recommend OVRA. They are outstanding. One visit and they differed out the problem. After many hours and several other vet visits elsewhere we were ready for an answer and they gave it. AMAZING.

Dr. Ashley helped out cat who has pododermatitis, when other vets were not able to help her. She is very caring and easy to talk to. Our cat Moki is doing 100% better and she still is doing well a year later.

Dr. Ashley Was able to help our cat who has Pododermatitis, (pillow foot) when other vets were not able to. Our cat Moki has normal looking foot pads now instead of puffed up and bleeding and she has gained weight and now plays more with her crazy brothers.?

I was referred here from my veterinarian regarding a cyst that was found on my cat’s liver. I went in for a visit and was at the office for almost two hours. The veterinarian just pushed on his belly a little, then took no further action. I was then given the option of putting my cat down or having a $6,000 surgery. I love my pet and he is very dear to me so I chose the surgery. Day of, I dropped him off at 7:30 and they called me an hour later stating that they wanted to do an ultrasound to make sure they were diagnosing him correctly and “know what they’re looking at”. Three hours later, Dr. Niblett called me speaking in a bunch of medical jargon, I asked her to translate into common language. She then told me the ultrasound showed that the cysts weren’t in one place and surgery was unlikely to help that he “would die in months if not weeks or days.” When I questioned why they didn’t do the ultrasound on Thursday when I was at the clinic for 2 hours, she responded “it’s water under the bridge.” Then proceeded to ask me if I wanted to do more tests when treatment was not likely to work even if we found out the details of the cancer. I picked up my cat as soon as I could and took him home to be with people who cared about him. The entire experience felt very transactional and lacked compassion. My hope for this establishment is that they see my words and understand the negative impact they had on this already sad experience. My thoughts are with those who have to go here as I believe them to be the only specialists in town.

I can't say enough good things about this place. Dr. Trish is a consummate professional who goes the extra mile. At first I was a little leery of the fact there is no other competition in the area for pet allergists, but was quickly put at ease by her thoroughness and professionalism. She took the time to build rapport with both myself and my dog, and took extra time to explain not only what we would do to deal with the issue, but also explained her clinical reasoning to me. As a fellow healthcare professional I can say Dr. Trish and her staff put patient care first and are what healthcare in general should strive to do for their patients.

We took our rescue Newf, Bently, to Dr. Ashley-DeVore after numerous visits to other veterinarians with poor results. It was the best thing we could have done for Bently. His quality of life improved more than we could have hoped for and we will always be thankful for all of the love and caring from Dr. Ashley-DeVore and the entire staff.

I took my Greater Swiss Mountain Dog to see Dr. Trish DeVore on the recommendation of our general veterinarian after she presented with an undiagnosed skin condition. The staff was understanding to the emergency nature of my dogs condition and was able to squeeze me in last minute for an appointment. Dr. DeVore diagnosed the underlying problem on our first visit. She immediately made medication recommendations, got a biopsy to confirm, and started a care schedule. She had us back multiple times to provide help washing and cleaning the afflicted area at their facility. Our girl has begun her recovery quickly thanks to Dr. DeVore and her staff being professional, compassionate, and well informed. This is one of those times where seeing a specialist paid for itself in the comfort and condition of my dog as we avoided a misdiagnosis, and she got the treatment she needed. This place is amazing!

Dr. Trish and her staff are absolutely the best. They are kind, caring and compassionate. Our dog had an adverse reaction to an oral flea and tick med and they took great care of her (and us). They were extremely gentle with our girl and were very tuned into her comfort during the procedures. Dr Trish called twice to follow up after we were there. I love this place.

Always an A+ experience. Dr. Trish listens like a pro. The staff is kind and knowledgeable. Superlative! Our poor little guy was suffering horribly with allergies. He had bloody lesions and icky crust on his back. We had to bath him every three days because he stunk so bad and his skin was so awfully dirty. Now he is a normal dog. His fur is beautiful. I remember wondering if he was always going to suffer. :)
