The Village Inn in Springfield/Eugene is a wonderful hidden gem offering exceptional value. The hotel is an older building in great shape, providing clean, spacious, and neat rooms with comfortable beds. It is a quiet place that feels safe. The staff is super friendly, helpful, and completely accommodating, with exceptional front desk service available 24/7. The location is very convenient, near the freeway and within walking distance of plenty of restaurants, shopping, and a grocery store. There is a restaurant in the parking lot with delicious Chinese and Japanese food. The hotel provides coffee, tea, bottled water, granola bars, and instant oatmeal. There is also a relaxing patio with a fountain. It is pet-friendly with a nice area to walk a dog. While not fancy and somewhat dated, it is a great find and a bargain compared to other properties, providing everything needed for a stay.

Great place, clean and helpful. Where very understanding we needed extra customer service when our motorcycles broke down and we needed some extra help. Will definitely stay here again.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They did me a great favor with extending my stay while my wife was in the nearby McKenzie Willamette hospital. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend the Village Inn.
