My wife left the hospital at 1030. We waited till about 2 and called to see if her prescriptions were filled yet. We were on hold for over an hour. Finally got the green light to come get her medicine. I made my way there. Probably about 20 minutes, and wait in line for 10. Get to the counter and was told they only have half filled and come back in a half hour. No problem I'll go get some groceries. Come back a half hour later, wait in line for 10 minutes. Get to the counter told to wait a half hour. Ask the counter lady another half olhpur or the one I just waited. Asked to sit and wait, and they'll call me up. Sit down next to 4 other doomed souls waiting for medicine. I found out they had pretty much the same story. Told to wait over and over.
Basically Walgreens has turned into dollar general with pills. Understaffed undertrained, and a trash product. Uggghhh never spending my money here again

Repeatedly have billed my insurance and gotten paid for medications they then immediately mysteriously lose the order and refill for. This is theft and insurance fraud. It has already happened multiple times to me and at least this time I remembered to take screenshots for the lawyer. Buyer beware.

Horrible service. I went to the pharmacy but they didn't have my medicines. The guy who helped me didn't know what he was doing. I'm going to change pharmacies. They don't know how to train the people who work here, especially the man at the pharmacy

I had a vaccination appointment and when I arrived I asked the man at the pharmacy counter where I was supposed to wait. He said the vaccinator had gone home for the day and they weren't doing vaccinations. He then immediately brushed me off. I get it. Life happens, but I live 25 mins out of town so had about an hour of my time wasted.
It's Ludacris there isn't a system in place to let me know my appointment had been canceled. I even checked the website right before I left the house. And to top it off the man behind the counter was a prick about it. I try to have empathy, I'm sure it wasn't his fault the vaccinator wasn't there and he's going to have a whole day of dealing with annoyed people.
This is just the most recent in a string of bad experiences at the two Walgreens in Springfield.
If you have another option. Go somewhere else.

Had to fedex som documents and had no idea what I was doing. Christy was extremely helpful. I showed up with nothing but the documents she helped me find an envelope and got it sent out. Thank you Christy.

I tried to place an order to acquire an older prescription I had in the past, but the system doesn't even show the order anywhere, not even the automated systems. I tried calling to get assistance, but it's like no one works there as I spent all of my lunch time to not get to anyone over the phone.
This Walgreens needs more staff if you're forcing people to wait in phone queues of 20 minutes or longer.

My father from out of town ran out of pills. We went there for help and the pharmacist was rude and offered no help what so ever.They acted like old people never forgot their pills and were stupid for asking. These were life saving medications not pain killers. They offered no advice or solutions to the problem. Riteaid was helpful and knew what to do. I will never spend another dime in this outfit.

The Walgreens on Mohawk road is ridiculous. We spent over 35 minutes in the line trying to get our prescriptions. The person who works there takes forever to even get to people and check to see if my prescription is even there

I Just get my Scripts here thru the Drive up Window, Their always friendly Very seldom have gone inside. Today I ventured inside to check out a product I have been looking for. The staff that work inside the regular store are just Zombies, they say nothing no Welcome and No Did you find everything Customer service has sure gone down hill No wonder everyone shops online
